Why the Owner Chose Hi Country Haus
Our company originally began with a few properties in Breckenridge and Dillon, CO. We have had consistent demand for rentals in the Winter Park area, but needed the manpower to support this expansion. With the growth of our company, we were able to offer services for Winter Park and Fraser in the fall of 2008. The area offers countless winter and summer activities, as well as the serenity of a mountain, vacation experience. We are thrilled with our first experience in this new location, and are looking forward to growth in the future!

The pool, 4 hot tubs, arcade, lounging area, deck, volley ball court, and play area provides something for everyone. It is close to every outdoor activity imaginable, with skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and more in the winter, and in the summer golfing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, and boating are all within a short drive.
