Outdoor entertainment on the spacious deck and patio permit the maximum enjoyment of the sun and views of the Channel Islands and coastal mountains. An elegant, private jacuzzi spa is the ideal end to a surfing day, or the start of a romantic night, topped by the charm of an indoor wood burning fire place made of local stones. Fish from the sea wall or launch a small boat from the beach. Enjoy steady afternoon breezes for sailing or wind surfing or surf in famous Mondo’s Cove (all levels). Star gazing in the ink black nights, aided by an onsite telescope expand the wonders of nature to the infinite.

One hour to Santa Ynez, Solvang and Santa Ynez Valley wineries.

Transportation:
Easy airport access to Los Angeles (LAX) and Burbank (BUR) Airports and only 30 minutes to the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA). Ventura is approximately 60 miles north of Los Angeles.
