It’s an easy 5 minute drive to tennis courts and golf courses, theatres, malls (Neiman-Marcus & Nordstroms), boating (sail or motor), rollerblade, kayak or bike rentals; 15 minutes to the airport, downtown Miami or beaches at Key Biscayne; or 20 minutes to world-famous "South Beach" with it's magnificent beaches, restaurants, clubs, and sidewalk cafes for the ultimate people-watching experience.

I bought this home in 2000 to renovate & enjoy. I bought a 2nd home, got caught in the current real estate crunch & have moved to my smaller home to offer this one as a wonderful vacation home. It is decorated impeccably....definitely not a typical plain rental.
