My house is located in the best part of Sea Pines. You are steps away from the best beach area on the Island. The lot is very large for a Hilton Head - you do NOT look into another homes window 10 feet away. You have a very large and open view sitting on the deck - very relaxing with the sounds of the waves in the background. The home is surrounded by several multi-million dollar homes. In fact, you're just a block away from Art Blank's home (former owner of Home Depot).
The Unique Benefits of this House
You will like the fact that the beach is the very soft "sugar" sand. The beach is very private and never crowed like the tourist areas. The bike path borders the back of the house so you can bike anywhere, anytime.
