Rates include 2 adults & 2 children. ADD $100 / Adult / week & $50 / Child
ADD: 11% Florida Tax, Cleaning Fee US $125 per rental.
Refundable Damage Deposit US $500 for weekly rental, US $1000 for monthly rental.
Full Rental Payment in advance is required.
Rates May increase for guests wishing to bring large and/or multiple pets.
