  we just got back from our trip to Destin, staying in the 8th floor condo - couldn't have been more satisfied with our stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and the owners have tried to anticipate everything the guests would need, including allowing the use of chairs and umbrellas from their storage unit, which was very appreciated. The views from this condo are amazing -- we are definitely planning to come back!

  Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. The views are amazing! Listening to the ocean at night from the masterbedroom was wonderful. Close to everything! We had a great time and plenty of room with (2) teenage boys, a 2 year old and 3 adults! Wonderful place and hope to visit again!

  Absolutely wonderful, clean and beautiful condo! We stayed in 2159. The location could not be any better. The two king beds were very comfortable. We had two couples and 2 children. We had plenty of room for both families utilizing the sofa bed for the kids. The view was breathtaking. A view from every room! The condo had everything we needed. It is close to all shopping and the basics like Target, McDonalds, and grocery. We were also in a great spot to try many fabulous restaurants. The beach access was awesome, you just take the elevator down stairs. The owner is gracious enough to let you use their storage unit full of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. The pool was very nice as well. We look forward to our next visit already!! We also like the fact that there is a guard on dury at the guard shack 24/7. Thank you!!!!

  I cannot say enough about how wonderful our vacation was a few weeks ago. We stayed in the 8th floor condo in Tower 1 and sure enjoyed our stay. The condo was large (just shy of 1500 SF), it was very clean, and was in a perfect location for us. We love going to the Harborwalk we were only about 10 minutes away. It was so nice to be on the western end of Destin and avoid a lot of traffic. Shopping, great restaurants, are all near. The view from the condo is spectacular. The pictures don't do it justice. We had lots of beach toys and chairs and such at our disposal...really nice that we did not have to buy or rent for the week. Our kids, ages 13 and 15, stayed in the second bedroom which featured 2 queen beds. My wife and I had the master and a view to die for. Negatives? Not worth mentioning. We'll be back.

  My husband and our two friends spent 7 nights in your beautiful condo on the 10th floor. The views were gourgeous from every window. We could not believe how clean your unit was and you had everything that we needed for cooking. We did go to the Lighthouse for dinner and it was wonderful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and hanging out on the beach. We will certainly rent your condo again.

  One of the best vacations we have had in many years! The Condo had all of the ammenities we could have possibly needed and then some. Beautifly decorated and very comfortable. The best restaurants in Destin are just down the street. We loved the Donut Hole, Another Broken Egg, PF Changs, Dewey Destins on the Bay, and Bubba Gump. The Southern Star Dolphin Cruise was great fun and the crew was wonderful! DO NOT GO TO THE GOLDEN CORRAL. Thought it would be quick and easy for a late meal. I do not understand how that place is even open.

  This condo was all that was advertised and more. It was right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The photos in the listing were accurate. We found the condo to be very well maintained and comfortable. We had an exceptional view of the water from the balcony and loved to watch the dolphins every morning and evening. Barbara, the owner, made the entire process of renting the condo very easy and her tips about things to do and places to eat were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend. If we ever return to Destin this is where we would stay again!

  This is a great condo! The description online and photos are very accurate. You can't get any closer to the beach than this place. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The two Master bedrooms and pullout sofa bed accomodated two adults,and 3 teenagers. Plus the use of the chairs and umbrella provided in the storage saved us money and storage in the car. You are close to many area restaurants and lots of shopping. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. We look forward to another trip to Destin in the near future. Barbara is also a pleasure to work with.

  My husband and I have enjoyed both of this owner's properties in Shoreline Towers. We LOVE to stay here. The condos are immaculate. The beach is beautiful. Wonderful dining within walking distance. WE could stay forever!!!

  We have been here for one month(1 day left in Paradise)and could not be happier with our condo. The Davis' have certainly provided everything a couple or family could want or need. The views are absolutely spectacular; everything is exactly as depicted in the listing. We had been to Destin before but were hesitant about using VRBO, as opposed to an agency; we are so glad we contacted the Davis'. We would definitely book the 8th floor condo again and look forward to it. Like the sign in the condo hallway says: " I wasn't lucky enough to be born in Destin, but I came as soon as I could."..... and we'll come back to this beautiful condo as soon as we can.
