WE HAVE 2 LUXURY IMMACULATE CONDO'S....... Recently Remodled with White Kitchens, Double Crown Moulding, all Tile Floors.......located in BUILDING #1 ON THE 8th FLOOR, and BUILDING #2 ON THE 10th FLOOR... Walk right out the building... into the courtyard....on to Sugar White Sand Beach....... No Streets to Cross.......we are as close as you can get to the Gulf.... When you walk in our foyer... you see water....While preparing dinner you can watch the boats from our kitchen....Gaze at the Gulf while laying in the king-size master bed....Or watch the dolphins and boats from the Living, Dining room...and Balcony. The Views are GORGEOUS from our Destin, Florida condo's, please look at all the pictures....they do not do the condo justice!
Our 8th floor condo is very large with 1450 sq. ft. King-size bed in Master Bedroom.... Guest Bedroom has two double beds...... our 10th floor has 1525 sq ft.....King size Bed in Master and the Guest Bedroom........10th floor Bedrooms both have View of the Gulf...... The kitchen's are well equipped with everything you have at home. Washer/dryer in condo's. We have a Olympic size heated Swimming Pool with Baths, Fitness Room,Sauna at our beautiful Clubhouse overlooking a lake. Two Tennis courts, Shuffle Board.....24 Hour Security.....
We share our owner's storage closet filled with beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, floats etc. with our guests. You need only to bring beach towels and binoculars. Now you can leave all that sand outside.

Why the Owner Chose Shoreline Towers
One trip to Destin and seeing the White Sand and Beautiful Clear Water sold us.
We have 3 beautiful condo's directly on the beach in Destin. You can see the two bedroom units at vrbo #2159, We also have a one bedroom on vrbo #2153. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.
We have people who take wonderful care of our condos when we can not be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.
We have a lot of repeat guests that come to our place every year and we are so pleased of the love and care that everyone takes care of our property.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We really enjoy shopping and playing house at the condos, I can always think of a lot of reasons to shop.
We actually work the whole time we are there unless we have company. When we have vistors we take time to enjoy all the great things that Destin has to offer, the great Seafood Restaurants, Shopping, Zoo, Naval Museum in Pensacola, Deep Sea Fishing, Snorkling at the Jetties, playing Tennis, I could go on and on. There is so much to do in Destin
300' of Private Beach on 15 Acres in Downtown Destin, Fl Walk to Restaurants, Target, Winn Dixie, and Designer Shops.

We are retired from jobs, however we have a number of rental properties, so we know how to take care of our property. We work very hard making sure that our rentals are as nice as our home. I love to shop and I am constantly changing and upgrading things in our condos.
We have 6 children, 9 grandchildren that are from 3 to 24 years old. We live in Smyrna Ga about 10 miles outside of Atlanta, Ga, so we are only about 5 hours from Destin.
We have 3 beautiful condo's directly on the beach in Destin. We come down 3 or 4 times a year to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for our guests.
We also have wonderful people that take care of our condos when we can not be there. They take care of every little thing that needs to be done.

We have been here for one month(1 day left in Paradise)and could not be happier with our condo. The Davis' have certainly provided everything a couple or family could want or need. The views are absolutely spectacular; everything is exactly as depicted in the listing. We had been to Destin before but were hesitant about using VRBO, as opposed to an agency; we are so glad we contacted the Davis'. We would definitely book the 8th floor condo again and look forward to it. Like the sign in the condo hallway says: " I wasn't lucky enough to be born in Destin, but I came as soon as I could."..... and we'll come back to this beautiful condo as soon as we can.

Last year I stayed in this condo for my first ever two week vacation. The first week was a girl vacation and the second week the girls left and my husband came down. The condo was wonderful and very clean. The Davis family have thought of everything and are very helpful if you have questions. I love Destin and this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The view from the condo is beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.In fact I am staying there again this year!

We had a fantastic time staying in this condo! There was plenty of room for our family of two adults and 3 kids (ages 9, 3, and 10 months). We loved the view from our balcony and the fact that we could get all the kids and their gear out to the beach so easily. Sometimes, one parent would have to make several trips to retrieve all our belongings, but it was no big deal because of how close we were to the beach. We saw the same people each day at the beach (other people staying at the complex), and everyone we met was very nice and courteous. It was really nice that Barbara and Eddie allow people to use their beach equipment – the beach umbrellas were especially helpful – and that they had such a complete assortment of cooking supplies. We ate at a restaurant only twice in order to save money, and the kids didn’t mind at all. We had a question about using the dryer, and called Barbara while we were there, and she was so helpful! This was our first trip to Destin, and it was very relaxing and family-friendly. If we are able to go again, we will definitely try to rent this same condo!

My husband, myself, and 2 teenage kids stayed here for a week and LOVED it!! Wonderful views from ALL windows. The 2 master bedrooms provided 2 bathrooms so we all had our own privacy and plenty of room! The amenities were very accomodating and we lacked for nothing. We were able to cook and eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the condo. We also enjoyed the washer/dryer so we could take home clean clothes!! We were thankful for the chairs, umbrella, and toys in the closet that the owner shared with us!! They were used every day! The short walk to the beach was wonderful as it is just a few steps onto the sand!! The water was beautiful and clear the week we were there! We had a wonderful time at Destin and will definitely be back as soon as possible!

My husband, children, mom & friend recently stayed here for a week. The property itself is fantastic and the owners are very prepared to accommodate a family's needs. A guest can ascertain that thought has been put into the comfort of the guest's stay certainly. The location of the property is extremely convenient to all attractions of the area and is a very comfortable property for retreat when required. The direct access to the beach is fantastic and the fact that both master suites have a gulf view is wonderful! The entire visit was very rewarding and we are already discussing a return! If what you seek is a nice, relaxing beach vacation on the gulf then this is a great start for you!

My family of four (including 2 teens) spent seven great nights in the beautiful 10th floor condo. It was roomy, very accommodating and the views were fantastic. There were no surprises. The photos accurately reflect the property. It is very clean, well-maintained, family-friendly, and secure. The owner provided a wealth of information and recommendations that were extremely helpful. There's lots to do in town and in the harbor, but it's also a great place do absolutely nothing but step outside onto the white sand beach and soak up the sun or catch a few refreshing waves. The water was cool, clear blue/green and full of fish while we were there. The dolphins even gave us a show one evening that we enjoyed from our living room balcony. You can't beat that! This was our first time in Destin, and it won't be our last.
