Wonderful property (approx. 1,900 sq.ft.) located on the beach in the brand new Grand Venetian complex on the 14th floor with spectacular ocean and city views from the large front veranda with mountain and cruise ship views from bedroom verandas. Giant infinity pool on beach with separate infinity pool for each tower.

Ideally located between downtown and the airport and next to shopping and restaurants. Most amenities within walking distance or short taxi ride costing $4-$8 USD. Co-owner located in PV for check in and orientation.

Marble and tile floors and countertops. Full size kitchen includes blender, toaster and microwave and basic supplies. Laundry room includes washer and dryer and basic supplies so you can pack less. High quality furnishings throughout including veranda furniture and barbecue on main veranda with built in hot tub. Computer with working area overlooks Banderas Bay. Two LCD TV's. Security gate and underground parking. Gym, activity room and business center are finished.

  • My wife and teen stayed at your condo during Easter 4/7-4/14 and had an incredible time. It was very spacious, great views,nice furnishings, and had an amazing infinity pool right on the beach. There were also food vendors on the beach where we got fresh fish & shrimp cooked for us every afternoon. We also had access to parasailing, jetski's, and massages on the beach. Taxis and buses were available right out front to take us to the Malecon or Old Town and it was actually nicer to stay away from all the craziness downtown. Thanks, James & Jennifer

  • We went here on our honeymoon. It was so awesome. Amazing view and they were awesome ppl to work with. They did a few extra things for us because it was our honeymoon. Rose petals and champagne. Was very clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested. Everything you need is in the house and if you wanna take the bus or cab its right out your front door. The Malicon is right close by if you wanna go shopping or go to a cute little restaurant.

  • It was two beautiful weeks of vacation. This place was incredible , it was very clean and very well furnished. We had the nicest view from the balcony. It was very pleasant to sit and enjoy the sunset. All the facilities is very easy to find near the condo. In the complex, people are very friendly and sociable and the employees are very nice. The infinity pool is very beautiful and we have the best view from the sea. It's a place that we would like to rent for sure in the future. The owners are the nicest people to deal with. Thank you.   • The pictures listed for this property do not do it justice. The view from the very large balcony is incredible. The owners were very helpful not only in accomodating the property rental, but also with assisting with information about transportation and things to do in the city of Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay here again!

  • This 2 bedroom condo was fantastic and would highly recommend. This is a new condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. It was beautifully furnished with all the amenities including a large balcony, 2 beautiful bathrooms with walk-in closets, full kitchen and in-suite laundry. Very clean. The owners were very accomodating and easy to deal with. The pool area was first class with a bar and snack area with great service and food at very reasonable prices. Would definitely book again!
