Thanks to Ray and Jon for allowing us to rent their piece of paradise. Ray was very obliging and always quick to respond when we had a question about the accommodations and Jon was a great guide upon our arrival, waiting in the lobby as promised. The condo is as beautiful as described - amazing, sweeping view of the Bay: spacious ,open concept with all the up to date amenities. Jacuzzi on the deck was amazing, we spent each night watching the fireworks with a glass of wine. All four pools were beautifully kept , interestingly different temperatures in each. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday and hope to be back!

Our family of four (two college age kids) enjoyed a wonderful holiday week at Ray and Jon's condo. Jon was waiting for us as promised when we arrived to show us around, which was no surprise given the prompt responses I received from Ray during booking. The accommodations were perfect! Very spacious and well laid out floorplan. Everything we needed or desired was right at our fingertips! Despite being a popular week for travelers, we enjoyed the pool and never had any problems getting chairs together. The views are to die for, both from the condo and the pool area! Equally enjoyable is the cross breeze when you open the sliding doors on both ends of the condo. Location is very central to shopping and dining. The free in room wi-fi was a big hit too! We truly could not have had a more fabulous time and hope to return sometime soon! Thank you for sharing your "little slice of paradise" Ray and Jon!

We just returned from a week spent at this beautiful property. It was even better than the pictures. The e owner met us at the unit when we arrived and walked through with us. Gave us recommendations on how much to pay for taxi fare and recommended local restaurants. The condo was immaculate and and very comfortable. We are planning on booking again for our next vacation!

Heaven On The 14th Floor

A fabulous condo that offers tasteful furnishings, beautiful swimming pools and grounds as well as an unbelievable view. Opening the patio windows we felt like as though we were living up in the clouds watching over all the activity below. Everything you need is either within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. This was a perfect way to celebrate my husband's retirement. Can't wait to go back next year.

This is our second visit to PV and the second time we have stayed in this condo. And we are hoping that there are many more visits in our future. Really I could not say enough about how wonderful the condo is, it is clean, big, new, and has a fantastic location, 5 minutes to costco, 5 minutes to walmart and 10 minutes to down town. Security is fantastic, we felt very safe. And the most amazing selling feature is the pools, they are beautiful infinity pools overlooking the beach and the ocean. This condo really makes for a vacation to remember.

A Wonderful time in Puerto Vallarta!!!

There were 4 of us that shared this wonderful 2 bedroom condo, overlooking Banderas Bay. The unit was exactly as was displayed in the photos on the website. Very tastefully decorated. One of the owners met us at a pre-determined time, and went over everything in the unit as well as the property/facility. The staff around the pool were excellent as were the various other staff. We had a wonderful view from the 14th floor balcony. Would definitely recommend this unit to any of our friends. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

A Wonderful Vacation

We (the three of us) just returned from spending 3 glorious months in this condo. At the outset we were met by the local co-owner who showed us around the unit and then left us to enjoy!!! When you are shopping on the internet (for anything), you can be disappointed when you see the product face to face, but this condo, the grounds and the people are all first rate!! The info on VRBO showed exactly what you get - a great unit located in a great facility. Imagine every morning (when the wind is howling and the snow is flying back home) opening your balcony door and having coffee on the terrace at 7:00 a.m. The temp is warm, there is a gentle breeze and you can watch the morning unfold at your own pace! The view from your terrace is panoramic and its probably one of the best views of downtown from any place in PV. The apartment is large and very well appointed and supplied with all the basics you need. Just walk (a short distance) to one of the grocery stores and you are ready to get whatever you want to truly enjoy the rental experience. The facilities, such as the gym and pools are well maintained and the poolside restaurant/bar gives great service at good prices (way to go Julio and Marcos!). The view from the various pools towards the ocean are great and there's lots of chairs and umbrellas poolside. My wife particularly liked the heated pool right in front of Tower 1000 for swimming and exercises. We had a great 3 months. The unit, facilities at the Grand Venetian and the folks who work there were all first rate!!! We may be back some day!!!

This is truly a beautiful property! We had a wonderful vacation, the condo is very nice and comfortable. The residents there were very welcoming as well as the staff. when vacationing the first impression sets the tone. and Ray's place makes a stunning first impression. and a lasting impression too. the condo has a big beautiful view of the bay and the city lights. we had the sliding doors open during most of our stay and the sea breeze was a delight. we enjoyed the three huge infinity pools every day and walked just about every evening from the condo to the city center along the beach. this place is a hit.

We loved the Grand Venetian and Ray and Jons condo was fantastic! The property was beautiful, infinity pools heated to different temperatures, a play area for children and a restaurant serving food and beverages by the pool. The condo was beautifully decorated and well equiped. The beds were comfy and the linens provided were high quality. Having laundry was a big plus! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy. Thanks for a great vacation, we're already planning our trip for next year!

Loved the Grand Venetian! After searching through vrbo, I couldn't find another place with better accomodations. It's very luxurious, very spacious, and provides a great view of the water and the sunset. The interior decoration was great and I felt like I was at home. The inifinity pool was awesome. Great location - just a few minutes on a cab from the shopping center, downtown, and the airport. It was very convenient to have one of the owners close by - he came by quickly to fix the window blinds.

We loved the Grand Venetian Condo. It was the perfect place for our family to spend a week of Christmas / New Year holiday. The condo balcony gave an amazing view of the New Year's Eve fireworks. More than ample room for our family of four. It is beautifully furnished. We heartily recommend Ray & Jon's condo at the Grand Venetian!!!!!!!!

An awesome beachfront view, a spacious tastefully decorated condo and a great location are just some of the special features of this condo. It was everything this listing promised and more. It is owed & operated by caring owners that go to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. Additionally the facility staff are friendly and helpful. My wife & I have been traveling internationally for over 25 years. We spent three months in this two bedroom condo. It was the best vacation rental we have ever had anywhere! This is the only condo we have stayed in that professed to be fully equipped that actually was. The kitchen lacked for nothing. A great plus was the electric barbeque grill on the spacious lanai. The location is great. Super markets and services are close and public transportation is readily accessible. In short this condo is fantastic! There is a neat restaurant on the beach just north of the property that has great food. Great place to enjoy the sunset! If you plan an extended stay The international Friendship Club and the Worship in Paradise Church are both great ways to meet people and get involved in local activities.

My wife and two daughters stayed for six nights. We originally only planned to stay for three, but the condo was so nice we cancelled our other reservation and requested the entire week. The condo was new, luxurious, and in an excellent location. The building services were top-notch and having one of the condo owners in the city was very convenient. We had such a wonderful time we will be back to both the city and the condo.

My wife and teen stayed at your condo during Easter 4/7-4/14 and had an incredible time. It was very spacious, great views,nice furnishings, and had an amazing infinity pool right on the beach. There were also food vendors on the beach where we got fresh fish & shrimp cooked for us every afternoon. We also had access to parasailing, jetski's, and massages on the beach. Taxis and buses were available right out front to take us to the Malecon or Old Town and it was actually nicer to stay away from all the craziness downtown. Thanks, James & Jennifer

We went here on our honeymoon. It was so awesome. Amazing view and they were awesome ppl to work with. They did a few extra things for us because it was our honeymoon. Rose petals and champagne. Was very clean and spacious. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested. Everything you need is in the house and if you wanna take the bus or cab its right out your front door. The Malicon is right close by if you wanna go shopping or go to a cute little restaurant.

It was two beautiful weeks of vacation. This place was incredible , it was very clean and very well furnished. We had the nicest view from the balcony. It was very pleasant to sit and enjoy the sunset. All the facilities is very easy to find near the condo. In the complex, people are very friendly and sociable and the employees are very nice. The infinity pool is very beautiful and we have the best view from the sea. It's a place that we would like to rent for sure in the future. The owners are the nicest people to deal with.Thank you. The pictures listed for this property do not do it justice. The view from the very large balcony is incredible. The owners were very helpful not only in accomodating the property rental, but also with assisting with information about transportation and things to do in the city of Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely stay here again!

This 2 bedroom condo was fantastic and would highly recommend. This is a new condo with a beautiful view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. It was beautifully furnished with all the amenities including a large balcony, 2 beautiful bathrooms with walk-in closets, full kitchen and in-suite laundry. Very clean. The owners were very accomodating and easy to deal with. The pool area was first class with a bar and snack area with great service and food at very reasonable prices. Would definitely book again!
