This was one of the best equipped and maintained condos we have rented. The location is very convenient, as it is only one block off of the main street downtown. There is also a shuttle bus stop at the facility for transportation to the ski area. For breakfast, I recommend the Mountain Rose Cafe, which is three blocks north on the main street. For fine dining, I recommend Heck's Tavern at the Devil's Thumb Ranch, which is 1 1/2 miles east of the town of Tabernash.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped condo. The location is excellent with all of the shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The shuttle stop is 2 minutes from the front door. The club house, pool and hot tub are handy and well maintained. We will be back again next year.

The condo was very clean, well-organized and within walking distance to just about everything (except the full size grocery store). The unit is much more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Jerry was very helpful in providing directions and information about the area. The free shuttle to Winter Park was incredibly convenient and dependable. I would definitely recommend staying at this unit.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The condo itself is very clean and very comfortable. The location was also wonderful as you could head out in any direction for adventure. The ski hill which is close by had many fun summer activities for young and adults alike. The alpine slide for example was really fun. The maze was a big hit with our kids. Soaking in pools of natural spring water was relaxing and not to far away. Hiking, fishing ,biking and just about anything outdoors you can think of is at your fingertips. The restaurants we went to were great. Shopping is also available on the main street in town .I give this condo 5 stars!!!!!!!!!

We needed a place to stay near Sawmill Station condos and this condo was perfect for us. Not only was it convenient to Sawmill Station, but to all the activities in Winter Park. So easy to walk to shops, restaurants, park, etc. (Albertos' restaurant is excellent!) The condo looks exactly like the photos and everything was in perfect condition and so clean! You could tell the owner took great care in keeping the condo in great shape. The kitchen was well equipped and an easy place to cook. The owner had left instructions on how to use equipment in the condo, and he was very helpful in communicating before our arrival about any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to stay there again when the need arises.

Great location and Cozy Condo

Our family stayed here during the Christmas holiday season. Our entire trip to Winter Park including this condo was wonderful. The location is terrific as the shuttle is just a quick walk out the front door and a few minutes to the slopes. The Condo had plenty of room for 5 people, and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is a lot cozier than the pictures depict. The kitchen was well equiped which we were very happy about since our family loves to cook meals together and then sit around afterward and play games. Which we did every night!! The location is also quiet and close to the hot tub which the kids (college age) enjoyed most evenings after skiiing. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, and the owner Jerry was most helpful to us in making arrangements from renting equipment to finding discount lift tickets. We would definitely come here again to stay...and maybe even next time in the summer to enjoy the beautiful location!

This place was much bigger than other ski condos we have rented at other resorts. Everything seemed new and certainly clean. Owner is very friendly and made it easy. Nice pool and hot tub. You need to either drive or take a shuttle from Winter Park to the ski resort but we just walked out to the main street and got the first shuttle. Thanks Jerry!

The condo is much more spacious and plush than the pictures show and being on the ground level was a real plus. We came up to do a little mountain biking and were pleasantly surprised. Bike hooks on the deck were a great idea. Can’t wait to return for some skiing. This is a perfect place to stay and we highly recommend it!

Wonderful property and owner! Spacious layout with ample eating and lounging space and each space has a variety of lighting options! Especially like having bathrooms in both bedrooms. Excellent location that is just a couple of minutes walking distance from Main Street. We'll stay here again.

Condo is much more spacious and upscale in feel than photos depict. Had everything we needed and then some. Jerry was a very responsive host (didn't know him from Adam before our rental) and our stay was a real pleasure. Would definitely rent again for family ski weekend.

All as promised by the very friendly and helpful owner. This is very nice place to stay at while you are staying in Winter Park. It is very nice and convenient. The condo has a larger living room than the ones we have stayed at previously which makes it especially nice when traveling with children. Also we loved the floor heating, fireplace, full kitchen, convenient parking. The furniture is comfortable and it is tastefully decorated. Everything was professionally managed and equipped.
