Thank you so much for the use of your home. Everything was ready for us with a late arrival (1am) where we were able to go right to bed. My husband was on his R&R and this home gave us plenty of privacy and quiet. Our youngest enjoyed the pool more than any of the parks. The management used was outstanding on answering any questions we had. The house was large enough to allow us to have some individual quiet and then the space to all come together to make some family memories. We were met with ease on reserving this home and it lived up to what was advertised. If we come back in the area we definitely will look at renting this home again. It was close enough to the attractions still allowing our personal privacy and space. We wanted to be close to things but also have a place to get away from the hustle and bustle and this home allowed for that. There are great restaurants and shopping fairly close by (close is relative to us we're from Alaska). Again, thank you so much for the ease of the rental, the outstanding management you have, and for allowing us the use of your home. We so appreciate it.

Excellent Villa

We had an excellent week in this villa, situated within easy reach of Disney and the I4 to Universal. A very short drive to local shops and restaurants. We really liked the extra touches and the themed bedrooms and our children really enjoyed the games room. The local manager was friendly and helpful and we would recommend this villa.

A wonderful home for a family vacation

We recently returned from our second stay at this wonderful vacation property. The house is exactly as described by the owners, and is meticulously clean and well-maintained. We have found the owners as well as their local property managers to be delightful to deal with throughout. Our children appreciate the themed bedrooms and actually asked for some "days off" from Disney (which they also love) so they could spend more time enjoying the heated pool, video games/dvd player and the fully equipped indoor games room. While the house is a bit of a drive from the theme parks (check a local map if that is a concern), all amenities are nearby. We would definitely rent the house again and would recommend it to friends. It compares very favorably to other rentals we have seen in the area and is excellent value for money.

DO NOT STAY @ THIS VACATION HOME. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP ON DRIVING. ITS FAR FROM THE PARKS AND THERE ARE NO CLOSE SHOPPING CENTERS. IF YOU DO STAY TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES BECAUSE THE MANAGERS ARE SNEAKY AND THEY WOULD TRY TO MAKE YOU PAY FOR DAMAGES THAT THE HOUSE ALREADY HAS. THE HOUSE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BASIC HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND THE GAME-ROOM IS FALLING APART. THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEE FOR EXCESS GARBAGE, CLEANING, LAUNDRY JUST TO NAME A FEW. AND THE FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS......ALL I CAN SAY IS TAKE PITURES OF EVERYTHING!!!!

Owner response:We plan to spend our winters in FL after retirement, so we purchased this home as a second home, not a business. We truly enjoy it and maintain it to a high standard because that is the way we enjoy things. We had decided that we would like to share it with others. We only hope that visitors will treat our home as their own. So it really hurt and angered us when these folks trashed our home. Their New Year’s Eve party was so loud, it caught the attention of the next door neighbor (a friend who is a fellow homeowner, who happened to be in his home that New Year’s Eve, and it was he who called our manager). The mess and damage they left behind was so bad that their deposit was way insufficient for the mess/damage inflicted. The fact that they had to pay for their damage, was no doubt was the inspiration for this vicious review. Do people not take responsibility for their actions anymore??? Our home is 1 mile from the closest shopping center and 8 miles (12 driving minutes) to the closest Disney Park (Animal Kingdom). I suppose it might be long walk. Please look to our other reviews for honest information.

This property was our first experience in staying in a vacation home. What a WONDERFUL experience it was. The home was everything that was described. The property was very well maintained and I have told most everyone I know about it. We were very pleased as we all had our own comfortable space and could get a good nights rest in a great home in a peaceful neighborhood.

We stayed in this house for 5 days in April 09 and it was absolutley beautiful. Everything you needed was there, the house was very clean, the pool was great, the games room was fantastic and the location was near everything. The owners were very good to deal with and the property managers were very helpful with any questions you had. I would definetly stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental and would definitely stay there again! Everything you need can be found at the home, from a game room to a pool. It's ideal for a family on vacation. It includes all the amenities you might need such as small kitchen gadgets, w/d, dvd's, ps2, and numerous tv sets. The home is located in a safe community near a playground with a basketball/tennis court. We would strongly recommend this vacation home for a family looking to have fun in Orlando!
