This villa was totally gutted and renovated in 2008! IYou will feel at home in this luxurious villa! The 2008 renovations include a designer, gourmet kitchen with custom white cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, tumbled marble blacksplash and rich wood floors. The kitchen opens to the living area with comfortable bar stools for easy living!
The living area is spacious and elegant. It includes a flat screen 47 " high definition TV and lots of cozy seating. The adjoining sunroom is a great place for reading and relaxing. This is a wonderful space for entertaining. The colors are calming and soothing so that guests totally enjoy this beach and resort experience!
The master bedroom and bathroom complements the living areas designer look and feel. The bathroom includes tile, granite and amenities including hair dryer, vanity mirror and pantry for extra storage. The bedroom sports a luxurious king bed with dresser, side chair and ample lighting. There is new carpeting in the bedroom along with an extra TV.
This property is ideally located within a 5 minute walk to key attractions on Kiawah Island. It is very close to the Sanctuary Hotel, the Conference Center, Roy Barth Tennis Facility, Turtle Point Golf, the beach, bike paths and the food court.
The villa is quiet yet extremely convenient. It is extremely spacious since we converted the screened porch to a sunroom. This space is perfect for travelers who want a delightful kitchen and bath yet want to be close to everything on the island.

We grew up in New England and vacationed on the Cape Cod every summer as kids. When we visited other places on the East Coast looking for the perfect get away we knew immediately Kiawah was that place.
