The fall and winter are great times to enjoy Kiawah! The weather is getting a bit cooler. It is wonderful to go biking, golf, tennis, or take a casual stroll. We are offering special weekly rates for 2012 and 2013!
This villa is located near the Sanctuary Hotel and is easy access to beach. tennis, golf and bike trails. You will love the relaxation and comfort that it provides. Have your morning coffee overlooking the lagoon and walk, golf or play some tennis!
This villa was totally gutted and renovated in 2008! You will feel at home in this luxurious villa! The 2008 renovations include a designer, gourmet kitchen with custom white cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, tumbled marble blacksplash and rich wood floors. The kitchen opens to the living area with comfortable bar stools for easy living!
The living area is spacious and elegant. It includes a flat screen 47 ' high definition TV and lots of cozy seating. The adjoining sunroom is a great place for reading and relaxing. This is a wonderful space for entertaining. The colors are calming and soothing so that guests totally enjoy this beach and resort experience!
The master bedroom and bathroom complements the living areas designer look and feel. The bathroom includes tile, granite and amenities including hair dryer, vanity mirror and pantry for extra storage. The bedroom sports a luxurious king bed with dresser, side chair and ample lighting. There is new carpeting in the bedroom along with an extra TV.
This property is ideally located within a 5 minute walk to key attractions on Kiawah Island. It is very close to the Sanctuary Hotel, the Conference Center, Roy Barth Tennis Facility, Turtle Point Golf, the beach, bike paths and the food court.
The villa is quiet yet extremely convenient. It is extremely spacious since we converted the screened porch to a sunroom. This space is perfect for travelers who want a delightful kitchen and bath yet want to be close to everything on the island.

My husband and I were very pleased with this choice. It was a perfect getaway. The condo is immaculate, and everything just as described above. The owner was so gracious to us and was very pleasant to deal with. We loved the property and all of the surroundings. It was very accessible to the resorts various activities, yet secluded when you wanted to be alone. I just cannot say enough nice things about this place and will hold many fond memories of our time spent there. Thanks again for all of your assistance, and I look forward to visiting again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We found the villa delightful. Everything was very upscale and comfortable, and felt very spacious. We were able to enjoy everything on the island conveniently by walking or biking, and only used our car a couple of times during the entire stay. We even took advantage of the resort's "free" transportation to go out to the Ocean Golf course for a wonderful dinner. We would definitely rent this place again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was our first time at Kiawah and we can't say enough. Fabulous! Loved our condo at turtle cove. Gorgeous place that felt like home. Played golf, did dinners, beach, pool all was awesome. Great new pool facility opened while we were there that was great for families. We did not know anyone but left feeling like we were part of the Kiawah family. Conceigre is the best ever. Can't wait to go back. Judy and John sign us up for another week.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We are a professional couple living in the Metro DC area. We grew up in New England and vacationed on the Cape Cod every summer as kids. When we visited other places on the East Coast looking for the perfect get away we knew immediately Kiawah was that place.
