Our Riverfront house which was just recently remodeled, inside and out, is located in the very upscale and exclusive Merritt Island, directly on the River, about 20 feet from the water's edge, in a private area of the of the river, among several private homes. We live in the lower part of the house and rent out the upper lever as a vacation rental. The two floors have been sound proofed and you have your own private entrance. Your privacy has not been compromised. There is a magnificent view from every room of the house except bathrooms. Enjoy your glass of wine or tea from the wraparound decking while admiring the breathtaking sunset view....
It is very nice and very clean. We have a deck that overlooks the river, manicured yard, enjoy watching the sunset right on your back deck. The house is fully equiped and all you have to bring is your lucky fishing pole.
If you are looking for a private a very exclusive area away from the condominiums and crowded beaches that is DIRECTLY on the river this is the place for you. We are just minutes from all the beaches at in the East Coast of Florida. We just about 90 minutes from Orlando a major attraction for must tourist, about 90 mn from Daytona Beach and other east coast beaches.
We also have local knowledge about the best places to eat, shopping, places to go, things to do and site seeing to help you get the most out of your vacation.
If you like to fish, do it right on your dock at your backyard. Just bring your lucky fishing poll ....:)..
