Welcome to our Park City family ski condominium, located near the base of Park City Mountain Resort. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 adults and two children and is perfect for families. The main floor consists of one bedroom with a king bed and full bath, a half bath and a fully-equipped kitchen and adjoining living/dining area. Upstairs there is an open "loft" bedroom with another king bed and full bath, as well as a small bedroom with two twin beds. The living room has two comfortable leather couches, a flat-screen TV with cable and DVD, and a cozy fireplace. The dining area seats six.
Our unit is located across from the property's clubhouse with heated pool, large Jacuzzi, sauna and showers. There is also underground parking and a clean shared coin laundry room. There is wireless internet service available in the clubhouse, which we are often able to pick up in our unit.
The free Park City bus route stops in front of the condo and runs every 20 minutes. The bus takes you directly to the main entrances of either Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley Resort. There are also stops directly on historic Park City Main Street, allowing access to the many great restaurants, shopping and night life of Park City. The Canyons Resort is approximately 10 minutes away and is also accessible by bus.
Access to the great boarding and skiing at Park City Mountain Resort is a quick walk up the street to the chairlifts. The location is very convenient for families who want to start or end their ski days at different times.
Park City is located about 35 minutes from SLC Int'l Airport. Alta Snowbird, Brighton, or Solitude are all within a 45 minute drive.
In the summer, Park City is a beautiful, cool (average temp = 78 degrees) mountain setting that offers numerous outdoor activities, including mountain-biking, fly-fishing and golf (11 mountain courses within 30 minutes, including adjoining public course).
