Your home away from home offers 3 bedrooms-2 baths located in Zephyr Cove- Marla Bay community. Hit the slopes or enjoy nightlife and casinos just minutes away. Heavenly Village and the ski lifts are just 5 miles away. Enjoy S. Lake Tahoe!
After a day of skiing or gambling, relax in your own private hot tub (accommodates 6 comfortably) on the second floor large deck with filtered views of the lake. Amenities include: Flat Screen TVs with DVD players (1- 40", 1- 32", 1- 20") ?-Slate Fireplace -Full kitchen with all modern appliances, utensils & cookware ?-Central Heating -washer/dryer -Can sleep comfortably up to 8 (3 bedrooms +sofa hide-a-bed) -Self inflating bed provides for an additional 2 sleeping accommodations -Hot Tub in Upper Deck (8-10 person-wireless internet (cable) -Gas BBQ-Over 100 Movie Titles-Expanded Cable (Living Room & Master Bedroom-Others Basic cable)-Filtered views of the lake and just 100 yards away. Casinos, skiing, and night life 5 minutes away
Other Policies: A security deposit of $400. is due upon reservation with the remainder two weeks (14 days) prior to arrival. Full amount must be received before 14 days of arrival or SECURITY DEPOSIT FORFEITED. Payments are made by credit card/debit card via PayPal. There is a $60 cleaning fee and 9% Nevada Hospitality Tax. You will receive an invoice for your stay from the owners with a link to PayPal for payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account but will need credit card/debit card for payment. Deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon check in. Provided there is no damage and the unit is left reasonably clean, deposits will be refunded/credited within 21 days. We have tried to make you as comfortable as possible in our South Lake Tahoe home. Please do not take home any of our furnishings. You will be charged for any missing items.
Please note that reservations cancelled within 14 days will forfeit the security deposit.
