This Gulf front condo is conveniently located in the beautiful and extremely exclusive Sand Key which if is part of Clearwater Beach. Just a couple of miles from downtown Clearwater, countless number of restaurants and attractions, Tampa airport. This condo complex called Harbor Light Towers gives you a beautiful panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and of the Intercoastal waterways. This unit is one of the penthouses in this complex, so you don't need to worry about being kept awake by the foot steps of other tenant above you. The floors are however sound proofed and you have your own private entrance. Your privacy is by no means compromised. You have an excellent view of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the dining room, the kitchen and the living room. Have a glass of wine, champagne, or a cup of tea and some biscotti while enjoying the panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and always unique sun sunset views every evening. In the morning, have a cup of coffee or tea on your back balcony while enjoying the panoramic view of the Intercoastal waterways and a always unique sunrise....
It is very nice and very clean. The grounds are always manicured, Walk around the complex with friends or by yourself. Beach chairs are available upon request. All you need to bring is your favorite beach towel and sun tan lotion.
If you are looking to enjoy the beach, where you are only step down to the beach, then this is the place for you. We are 25 minutes from the airport, just a few miles from the sunken Gardens, Sarasota, Bush garden in Tampa, and countless number of restaurants...90 minutes from Disney World in Orlando.
We also have local knowledge about the best places to eat, shopping, places to go, things to do and site seeing to help you get the most out of your vacation.
If you like to fish, we have some of the best fishing on the west coast right in our back yard. We Will even recommend a few additional attractions in the area. You could catch lots of fish providing you bring you lucky fishing poll. If you are big on fishing plese don't forget to bring your lucky fishing poles.
