The property was nice and clean, the master bedroom was fabulous, the up stairs bedrooms looked good but were very bad mattresses in the bunk bed rooms. The shower upstairs did not drain and the vanity in the master downstairs drained slow. Also I had to buy a new coffee pot at walmart, the one furnished quit working.

The listing and photos were very accurate. It is a beautiful place. The house was immaculately clean, comfortable, and very convenient to Main Street in Frisco. Questions were always answered promptly by the owner. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace, hot tub, and spacious eating and sitting areas. I would recommend this rental for large families or a close group of friends.

We just returned from staying President's Weekend at this lovely home and it was perfect. With 12 it was comfortable, very spacious and inviting. We were out celebrating a baby shower, birthday and some skiing. The kitchen, dining and living spaces were perfect for our big group. As long as you don't mind sharing a bathroom or using the pull out sofa it was ideal. For our next trip we will highly considering staying again- a stones throw from downtown Frisco, prime location for a myriad of ski resorts and beautiful views. Thanks Chad! It was wonderful!

Every year, for the past ten years, my friends and I have held an annual gathering we jokingly call the, "Mansion Party." The joke being that we have never stayed at a location deserving of the mansion title. This year we wanted to treat ourselves. We changed from our typical location of Tahoe to enjoy some of that champagne fresh Colorado snow. We wanted more comfortable quarters to rest our tired ski legs. We needed more space to cook for our families. Well got all of what we wanted, but didn't anticipate it being just as affordable as our non-mansion pasts! This place is in a relatively new division, the neighbors are friendly, and if you need groceries you can walk to the store. What else could the place need? A hot tub? Oh yea, it's got that too. We'll be renting here again. With property management this spot on, it's a tough opportunity to pass on.

Very Accurate description. The house was spotless and well maintained. The owner checked in on us by phone to make sure everything was ok. Already making plans to stay again. Frisco is a great town to stay in and there are a lot of restaurants that are in walking distance.

My friends and I rented this home in Aug 2011 to use as a base for hiking and biking. It is a great house located just next to the county wide bike trail system. It is close to Main Street shops and restaurants, but very quiet in the evenings. The home had lots of room and a comfortable floor plan. We found the home very clean and as advertised in the web photos. The owner was very responsive by email and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent this house again. I highly recommend it.

What a PERFECT location and great size rental home! I can't say enough wonderful things about the location, nearby activities and the house. We had 2 families, a total of 8 people (4 being teenagers) and could have easily managed another 4 people. The kids loved the fact that they could easily walk to town to meet up with us, or leave earlier from a restaurant and walk home. We hiked and road bikes outside the front door onto the paved path, easily traveled to every activity we had in mind. We will come back again and again!

Great house with lots of room and all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Main street is within walking distance which is great. We had an issue with the hot water heater on our first night but they resolved it very quickly and never had any other issues during our stay.

Just spent a week in the house with wife and child and two other couples and their children (ages 3-8), and the place was perfect. The layout made it perfect for dividing up the kids and giving each family a little privacy (i.e., a bath room). The house is beautiful and located super close to town (we walked to dinner, etc.) and super close to some of the best hikes in Summit County.

We had a mountain wedding over 4th of July weekend and this beautiful home was the perfect central location for our family to gather. Meticulously maintained, fantastic views, biking and hiking literally right out the front door. Frisco's charming Main Street is within easy walking distance for great shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for more. Can't say enough about what a great time we had.

We've stayed in Summit County for over 25 years and this is one of the cleanest, nicest, most well appointed houses in which we have stayed. The location is ideal for DH or XC skiing, hiking or biking, with easy access to I 70 and the bike path and within walking distance to Main St. The description and pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful and responsive through email when making the reservation.

We had a great time at this house. It's a beautiful place with plenty of space for our group of 10. It was a great central location for skiing Breck, Keystone, Vail, and Copper Mountain in a few days. The house is well equipped and maintained. We were sad to leave it, and I really hope we can use it again next year.

Comment Text: What a wonderful home! Lots of space, beautiful high beamed ceilings, great fireplace and lots of eating space so all of us could sit together. Hot tub was so soothing after each day of skiing! Even the garage was heated! Beautiful view as well with easy access to skiing and interstate. Will definitely stay again next time out!

Fantastic, cozy property with plenty of room for our group of 5 couples to enjoy together-time as well as smaller groups. Great location just off Frisco Main Street, with easy driving access to skiing, stores and restaurants. The home is very comfortably furnished with near-heavenly beds, big kitchen and dining table, and plenty of room in the living areas. If you like the photos here, I will say that even those really don't do it justice!! We rent a home in the area every year, and this is among the top five we have ever stayed in.

This property was great for our group of 10 guys out for a fun filled ski week! The location is just a short, refreshing walk to historic Main Street in Frisco and just a few blocks drive to I-70 and easy access to some great ski resorts. The property handles a big group without a problem and allows for plenty of individual sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was well equipped to accommodate a large group. This property is highly recommended by our group!
