Near the Lodge of the Four Seasons. Close to Downtown Dam area and shopping area. On a quiet cove. Cozy A frame, 3 levels of living, Approx. 25 feet off the lake with no steep steps from the lake to the house. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 kitchens, rec.-room with pool table.
Master bedroom has King size bed, 2 bedrooms are located on the upper level, one bedroom has full size bed, large loft area (bedroom) has 2 full size beds, upper floor level has extra room for cots or sleeping bags.
Middle level has efficiency kitchen, Family Room with full size sleeper sofa. Middle level also has 2 sets of sliding doors out to a deck that overlooks the water. This level also has the master bedroom. Lake level has Large Kitchen with washer/dryer and rec.-room.
Dock Information as Follows: Large 3 well dock steps from the house. One is available for your use. Dock has swim platform and ladder. Also has upper level sun bathing deck. Slip also has lift depending on the weight of your boat. Home also has ramp for smaller boats up to approx. 20 feet or nearby marina's are available for launching your boat.
