Excellent accomodation in very nice setting, shops and restaurants within easy reach, near to local bus route for access to town and shopping malls.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We so enjoyed staying at this location last year that we booked again. Upon arrival we were happily surprised to see that this beautiful house was even more so as the floors were all redone with new tiles and the house had been redecorated accordingly. We love the quiet and beautiful location on the lake. The pool area is exceptional, the house is warm and comfortable. The owners, Carolyn and Keith, are professional and very likeable people who make arranging a vacation remarkably easy. It's now like a home away from home.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

The home was as described and more. We so enjoyed our stay and our relationship with Carolyn & Keith that we booked again for next year and increased our time. Friends came to visit and were amazed at the property; the beautiful home, the privacy, location and lake frontage. The home has been very well maintained and this was certainly evident. We would, without any hesitation, highly recommend the property and the Property Managers - Carolyn & Keith Saunders. They are professional, reliable and are very nice people. We thoroughly enjoyed the town of New Port Richey - the Market, the park, and for us the Recreation Centre was a huge plus. We enjoy playing tennis and the Recreation Centre has 4 hard courts that are well maintained and are also lit for evening play. For golfers there are great courses nearby. We couldn't be happier with this home and we are so looking forward to our time there in the winter.
