Beautiful, newly constructed home with ground floor 550 sq ft. apartment for rent. There is a five acre park on one side of the property and an empty lot on the other side. There is a mile long bay with sandy beach and never crowded. There are lots of uncrowded neighborhood surf breaks, including "Hammerheads" in front of the house. This is an upscale, quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from the " surf capitol of the world" Haleiwa, on Oahu's famed seven mile stretch of beaches and surf breaks. Waimea Bay, Pipeline, and other famous surf spots are all within 15 minutes drive from this property. Waikiki beach is approximately forty five minutes away by car.
This is the best deal to be found on the North Shore, and is an extra clean, very nice apartment
