My family and I spent a week here in June, 2011 and enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is as lovely as it appears in the photos. We visited the Disney and Universal Theme Parks and found it was an easy commute from the house to the parks. In the past, we have always stayed at a Disney resort, however, we much preferred having this spacious house and use of a private pool. Also staying in a more quiet location away from the noise and busyness of the Disney resorts/parks was a definite advantage. Most of all, Richard was wonderful to work with... very responsive in absolutely every way! Highly recommend this rental property!Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is our 4th year to go to Orlando for vacation.We first stayed in a Hotel then a Condo for 2 years.Even though there are only 3 of us it is not overkill as we had a nice big house with lots to do, or not as the case maybe ( lounging by the pool)for close to the same money.We had friends over 1 night ( family of 4 ) and had a great night out in the pool/ deck area.This could not have been any easier to set up from booking,questions,access codes,directions ETC.Richard is pleasant to deal with and fast to respond.The house is very nice & CLEANand the neighborhood is QUIET.The POOL is awesome and reccomend heat in spring.We go to UNIVERSAL and WETn WILD a lot and it takes a little longer but is worth it.We had a great time and hope to return next year.Charles WoodheadBuffalo Grove,ilDid you find this review helpful? We have just returned from a wonderfull vacation with our adult kids and grandkids, this home has everything you would need, very roomy and TV's in every room gave us all a chance at alone time if needed. This is a lovely, spacious villa with a beautiful pool area. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold, but the pool heat (optional) maintained a nice warm temperature. Of course, it's cold to get out of! It is truly 20 minutes from Disney. If I had any questions, Richard replied quickly. There were 2 couples so there were parts of the villa that we didn't use.
