This luxury town house/condo has three bedrooms with a beautiful king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second upstairs bedroom, and a "double-over-single" bunk bed in the main floor bedroom - plus a queen hide-a-bed in the living room couch. It is extremely convenient on Park Avenue in Old Town Park City and is walking distance to historic Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort.
There is also a bus stop just steps from the front door. The Park City FREE bus system takes you (and your ski's) anywhere in Park City in warmth and comfort. Worlds best skiing in the winter and spectacular mountain activities in the summer. There is a huge city park just across the street that has playgrounds, barbecues, tennis, basketball, softball and a skate/skateboard park - all free for use of our guests.
This townhouse condo has living room, kitchen, 3/4 bath and bedroom on main floor and two more bedrooms and a full bath upstairs. Wonderful, comfortable furnishings with a king size bed in the master bedroom upstairs, a queen bed in the second upstairs bedroom, and a "double-over-single" bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom plus a sofa-bed in the living room - all with very comfortable mattresses. The main floor has hardwood flooring throughout and a lovely warm fireplace to take the chill off after a day of skiing or other outdoor winter activities. Private off-street parking at your front door makes this a wonderful, warm comfortable place you'll return to time after time.
