"Boondoggle" has 5 bedrooms with 3 baths renovated with incredible ocean views. Great vacation house for couples, reunions, weddings, and/or families looking for a serene getaway. This decorator house has an open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen, family room, dining room, and enclosed porch all with full views of the Atlantic Ocean. A private boardwalk from the house goes directly to the beach. An outdoor patio facing the ocean has seating for 30 people with a portable barbeque grill. A great feature of the house is an outdoor shower in front of the oceanside of the house. Maintained gardens with 30 live oak trees which canopies the house on the creekside and overlooks a gorgeous marsh view in the historic part of the Island.
Flat screen TV's are in most rooms along with an iPod sound system. Granite countertops with state of the art appliances in a fully equipped kitchen including professional ice maker and wine cooler. All 3 bathrooms have been totally gutted and recently renovated.
Attached to the house, an inside staircase connects to a lower level studio den with a flat screen tv, x-box, a convertible queen sofa, refrigerator, microwave, a private bathroom, bunk room, and a separate entrance.
