Enjoy the 36” Widescreen High Definition TV with DVD, 32” TV with VCR, 5 disc CD player, Onkyo Receiver, and speaker inside and outside.
Accommodates eleven people with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Two master suites both with king size beds, private bathrooms, and TV’s, a bedroom with queen size bed and TV, a bedroom with two twin size beds, and room with a pyramid bunk bed (full bed on bottom and twin bed on top).
The well-stocked Kitchen is open to the Living and Dining areas and even includes large seafood steamers to cook clams, oysters, shrimp, and fish that you catch or buy fresh off the docks. Gas Grill available.
Beach is NEVER crowded, even during summer months. Parents will love the quiet cul-de-sac setting for children.

Went with some girlfriends for a scrapbooking weekend, and this was a fantastic place to do it!!! The house was in pristine condition, and we had plenty of space for all that we wanted to do. The views (and breezes) are incredible, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable - it was the perfect setting for a getaway. We went to the Sears Landing Grill & Boat Docks for dinner, which was awesome too! We plan on coming back in the spring...

My girlfriends and I rented this lovely beach house for a scrapbooking weekend. We were referred by another friend. What a lovely home! The public areas of the house are so spacious and open. More than enough room to set up scrapbooking tables and still see the waves! The beach was a treasure trove of shells and we all enjoyed several walks on it. The house was clean and exactly how it was promised. We cooked dinner on friday night and the kitchen had everything we needed. On saturday, We had dinner at Sears Landing. Yummy! Highly reccomend the Coconut Crab soup. The community the house is located in was very quiet during our stay( we stayed in mid October), and the walk to the beach was almost nothing. Julie was amazing! She answered every one of my(many) questions promptly. I highly reccommend this house ! We will definitely be back!

We took our first family trip to the beach with our toddler and stayed in this beautiful home! We had so much space and everything was provided beyond my imagination! I am a bit OCD and packed like I was moving, but really did not need to as everything was there for us. The owners are amazing and our stay was perfection! the views are astounding of both the ocean and the sound! We could not get enough of the kite surfers and all the other activities. We dined out at the Mainsail restaurant and it was perfection as well! Cannot wait to retutn to stay! Our little guy has been begging to go to the beach since we got home.... so we are working on planning the next trip now! Thank you John and Julie for sharing your litlte bit of paradise with us!
