We have a newly remodeled (Oct, 2008) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo just waiting for you to relax. Come enjoy a quiet stay in the most beautiful condo on the mountain, enjoying a steam shower, dry sauna and a hot tub after a wonderful day of skiing or bike riding on scenic Mt. Crested Butte.
Just a short walk to the ski lifts, and easy access to the bus loop which is just across the street. The bus cycles through Mt. Crested Butte and town, year around, every 20 minutes, so there is no need to drive! Crested Butte offers all the amenities of a ski town, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, bike riding, hiking and of course skiing! When you are ready for a little downtime, Crested Butte's quaint town offers great shopping, a wide variety of restaurants and activities for your kids! Your kids will enjoy tubing down Mt. Crested Butte after the mountain closes, and your whole family can enjoy a late night sleigh ride and dinner. No matter what age, there is something for everybody!
Owner is interested in a long term tenant. One Mth - $1,600/mo, 2-3 mth - $1,500/mo, 4-6 mth - $1,400/mo, Over 6 mths - $1,250/mo. plus utilities, Beginning Sept. 1st. No Pets, No Smoking
In addition to the room rates per night, a $125 cleaning fee is charged, along with a refundable damage deposit.

We are lovers of the mountain. I came to historical Crested Butte when I was 6 years old, then again at 12 and then 18. I fell in love with this place, remembering the smells of burning fire places and Gods beautiful creation. After we were married, we spent our summer vacations here with our children. Now adults, they come, re-living their childhood memories. We are privileged to direct a recovery ministry in Edmond, Oklahoma, and our passion is to see broken people heal.

We rented this property for a week in July and had a great stay. It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Good location right across from the bus stop that takes you down to CB. It has a nice TV/DVD setup for movies, WiFi Internet access, and a remodeled kitchen. No issues whatsoever, would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed staying at your condo. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The steam shower was a big hit with our son, and felt really good after our day of river rafting. The location was great, too! We walked down into Crested Butte one day and also walked to resort for a gondola ride. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, you were so helpful and quick to provide us with info when we expressed interest. Thanks for letting us relax and unwind in such a gorgeous place!

Our family of 4 throughly enjoyed our ski vacation thanks to the comfortable and nicely appointed accomodations. It exceeded our expectaions. Pride of ownership is very evident. We appreciated the attached garage. The location was ideal to the mountain and to town. Spectacular views. Nice restaurants in town and on the mountain. Convenient grocery store in town. Chuck was a delight to deal with. Would return without question!

My family and I recently stayed for a week and we had a great experience. We were pleasantly surprised and found the property to be better than we expected. Great location with all the amenities one would ask for. Hot tub and sauna were great at night. Nice TV's and plenty of room. Would recomend this property to anyone.

We had a super time at Crested Butte. The condo was a perfect location. We walked down to the ski area almost every day to a little coffee shop. Also, just minutes from downtown. The decor inside the condo was lovely. It was very inviting and just begged you to relax, slow down and experience God. The beds were very comfortable and the steam bath--wow!

This was our family's first trip to CB, and it certainly lived up to all expectations. The condo was better than advertised, and the skiing was terrific. The condo was easy to get in and out of and in walking distance to the lifts. Everything was emaculate, and my kids loved the hot tub view over the town. There is no doubt we will stay here again on any return trips to CB.

We rented this condo for one week, during the Presidents Day Holiday. The price was outstanding. Chuck and his wife did an incredible job of remodeling. We met a couple of the neighbors who are year round locals and found them to be very friendly and helpful. The condo is very comfortable, with outstanding views. It is also very convenient to the lift/ base area. We enjoyed walking to the lifts and to the local base shops and restaurants.
