Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath near Pool Second Floor Unit, has been Recenty Remodeled & boasts a well Equipped Open Kitchen & Updated Bathrooms. Our Condo is Decorated in Classic Beach Décor. It also has a Large Screened Lanai facing the Pool & Courtyard area with a Partial View of the Gulf of Mexico. The Condo sleeps 6, with a Comfortable Queen Size Bed, 2 Twin beds & Queen Size Sleeper Sofa. Our Condo also has Full Size Washer/Dryer, Computer & Printer, Internet Access, Flat Screen TV's. We also Supply Beach Chairs & Umbrella, Beach Towels & 4 Bicycles.

From the first moment we walked in we felt right at home. Ed and Kathi thought of everything. The condo was clean and very welcoming. This visit was a short stay, however we will be back "soon". Thank Ed and Kathi. Sanibel Island is "Awesome and having a beautiful condo to stay in make it all the better. Every morning wewere there I couldn't wait to get up an get out on the "Lanai" have my juice and anticipate the joys of being on this fabulous island. Again Thank you,you were wonderful to work with and I can't wait to return.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The pictures do not do this unit justice. First of all, we have been coming to Sanibel for years, and this was by far the most immaculate place we ever stayed at. We felt so comfortable and relaxed there. It has an awesome kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We felt at home preparing our meals in it ,and also cooking on their outside gas grills. The beach is just a short stroll, which made it so easy with the kids and hauling beach equipment. The patio was great...we enjoyed hanging out there sorting shells on the table. We were able to store all our beach equipment out there. We didn't even have to go inside when it rained because the screen is fully enclosed by glass sliders. They also supplied beach chairs, umbrella, a small cooler, and even bikes! The place is tastefully decorated with a tropical flare. Ceiling fans throughout, loved the dimmer switches, which I am now bugging my husband to install in my house. The bedrooms were adorable and relaxing...the view of all the palm fronds made it beautiful and private. The master bathroom shower is to die for! I was able to rent a crib and high chair from them, which made my life so easy. They even had a baby sheet and blanket. The closet was stocked with towels/beach towels, extra blanket, pillows, and the laundry baskets and luggage racks were a nice touch. We loved the convenience of the washer/dryer in the unit, even had an iron and board. Can't say enough! Ed and Kathi go out of their way to ensure you have a home away from home. Thanks again! We highly recommend.

We loved this place! We feel like it is a home away from home. The kids loved the pool, the beach, we loved kayaking through the Ding Darling preserve & relaxing on the lanai. It's a great, relaxing vacation & we enjoyed this comfortable, serene condo.

We love this unit-my five kids & myself stayed here for a week - they loved collecting shells digging holes in the sand, fishing off shore & the dock - swimming in the pool & hanging out in the club house - we have several families here this week with us & everyone has had a great time - The condo is great - I love the open kitchen living area & the washer/dryer. We will return to D5. The Villena Family

Today is our last day here. Your place is beautiful, very comfortable, especially the porch.we have enjoyed our stay, hate to go home. we will be back next year. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
