3 Bedroom Condominium in the La Serena Golf Complex 7 kilometers north of La Serena Chile. Golf Course is a challenging 18 hole links golf course built by the Pacific Ocean. Renters of the Condominium will receive a 50% discount on Green Fees at the course. Carts and Caddies are available. Tee times are readily available. Clubhouse features full food and bar service during the summer months. (January - February)
The Golf Course, Clubhouse and Complex are on a secure site of approximately 500 acres north of La Serena. The complex consists of various apartment buildings and private residences. Site has 24 hour security at the Main Gate, at the Condo complex and on site.
A 5 kilometer semi-private beach adjoins the complex. Bathing, surfing, beach fishing, etc. can all be enjoyed on the beach. There are 5 clay tennis courts on site and horse stables.
This unit is on ground floor of 4 story building. Full size pool and children's pool is immediately outside the unit. Unit has Queen Bed and En suite in the Master Bedroom, 2 other bedrooms have 2 twins each and share a bath. 6 guests can stay comfortably.
There is a shuttle service from the Complex into La Serena where many tourist opportunities are available. One of the original colonial cities built by the Spanish in South America, La Serena is the jumping off point for many interesting day trips in the area. The islands of Las Damas and Los Chorros 50 km north feature ocean trips to view penguins, dolphins and sea lions. The Elqui valley immediately east of La Serena is a beautiful wine and pisco grape growing area with various artisanal markets and scenic opportunities in the area. There are numerous other beaches in the area.
During summer, the road is open to travel to Argentina over a 5000 meter pass.
