I don't know where to start with this amazing property, we stayed as 10 adults and 6 children and had the time of our life! The pool is to die for with its infinity edge and view of Simpson Bay. The is a great beach at the bottom of the hill behind Buccaneers that our children absolutely loved. Warm quite water and lots of space for them to swim and play. The property is exactly as depicted in the photos, is clean and very well maintained. I spoke with Jim the owner on several occasions and he was always very prompt with responses to my various emails. The housekeeper Gloria took great care of us and made sure we had the things we needed. I will not hesitate to book this property again, hopefully in the near future!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were 2 families in total 9 persons and we had a most wonderful stay in the lovely villa with an amazing view. The house is well equiped and we spent many evenings at the outside table over a barbecue. The bedrooms are spacious and most of them has an ensuite bathroom. The location is very good and we could walk to the local beach bar, to the beach and so on. Very close to the grocers shop with excellent food ( but expensive..) after 12 days we could have stayed even longer......Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We have had a verry wonderfull stay in Villa-La-Di-Da on st.Maarten. The villa is absoluut fabulous decorated with verry nice furniture in indonisienstyle. The location was described accurately. The photos do not realy right to the property, in real it is even better! All was clean and in good order and very well maintained The owner was very helpfull in the questions we had. Aldough there is a nice informationmap where you can find all the answers to your questions. I would sure recommend this property to friends and relative's. I would tell them about the beautifull beach so nearby and the no-nonse beachbars .but also about the fine restaurants and shops you can find all-over the island And ofcourse I would tell them about the beautifull swimpool and the view. The stay was unforgettable.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

OMG! Beautiful! Traveled with family members. Arrived to find hot weather, we acclimated very quickly! Where to begin? Maybe the designer kitchen? Or the bedrooms, king sized beds? Or the 2 balconies? No I think it was the infinity pool! The views? Yes of course it must be the views! Truely spa like, Had appertizers & wine on the balcony at night, swimming too! So many wonderful restaurants, beaches, natives very friendly. What an experience, can't wait to go again! P.S. The bars! Villa La Di Da lives up to its reputation. The pictures on the site don't do it justice. The property is pristine with an open floor plan in the main living area and fabulous views of the bay. A great location to head out for the evening and at the same time you are literally "above the fray" - the property is surrounded by greenery and flowers, and located up a hill from the action - restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The best of both worlds. I especially liked that you could walk down to the ferry for Saba, Anguilla, or St. Barts. Look forward to a return trip!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Villa La-Di-Da far exceeded my expectations. The photos are accurate, but the atmosphere can only be experienced while you're sipping coffee outside, in the early morning, watching the birds gather at the rim of the pool against the backdrop of Simpson Bay. If all you want to do is relax in a luxurious, fully equipped home, and not have to go any further than the bottom of the hill for groceries and entertainment, this is the place! But if all you want to do is party... this is STILL the place! As you linger poolside long after sunset, in your secluded, hilltop retreat, the sounds of nightlife bubble up from below. Music and casinos are a pleasant distance away. 'Nice to know it's there, even if you don't want any part of it. After having toured the island I would stay in Villa La-Di-Da again and again. It has a charm all its own. It fits the bill for young, old, single, or not, and is a short ride to the airport, a few local beaches, and anything else you need. Double thumbs up! :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

When we first entered this unbelievable villa, we felt we were living a dream. It is gorgeous. Each room is better than the last. The kitchen is spectacular; the furniture and decorations are like nothing you have ever seen. The infinity pool is like no other. The entire home is spotless to say the least; and, the views - are panoramic. We enjoyed watching the sailboat races and the cruise ships. There are many, many restaurants with all types of cuisines, movies, nightclubs, casinos; the list goes on and on. We just enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while relaxing by the pool. I loved my third stay at this villa. The panoramic views are amazing which you can't really appreciate from the photos. You can spend hours just lazing on the deck or in the pool, looking down at the yachts, the planes, the sea, the horizon as well as the spectacular sunsets. The inside is an eclectic mix of modern and antique oriental furniture with the cool marble floors, big windows, very modern kitchen and funky bathrooms, all combined together to produce a very inviting and restful vibe. Both inside and outside livig areas are very spacious. The pool is huge and private. Gloria the housekeeper is lovely and keeps the villa very clean. The location is great. Simpson Bay with all the "action" (beaches, bars, shops, restaurants & clubs etc.) is just down the hill but the villa itself is very peaceful and secluded. Only downside is that I had to leave........Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

just returned from 4 great days and nights at this villa,, rent often from VRBO Villa was in supreme condition, view and infinity pool absolutely stunning would highly reccomend , very pleasant experience with owner and rental detailsRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just got back from our wonderful vacation to St Maarten. The Villa is absolutely beautiful and the weather was unbelievable. I would strongly recommend this Villa. The pictures did not do La-Di-Da justice. We had the most relaxing time in this beautifully appointed home. What we found to be the best of both worlds is that we were high atop Pelican in a private retreat with a wonderful pool, yet only a few minutes away from the beaches, casino, markets, bakery, restaurants and all that St. Maarten has to offer. One of the most spectacular houses I have ever stayed at! They did an excellent job. Oh my goodness the view…the pool…doesn’t get any better then this! And so close to the beach and casinos!!!!
