Seascape is located on a beautiful bike path and Hilton Heads best golf courses are only a short drive. We found the cleanliness of the premises to very good . We loved the master bed sheets--they were so soft. The furnishings were very nice as was the beds and bedding . The location was very good. We loved the new washer and dryer and really appreciated the many dishes, pot and pans. There was nothing missing from this villa and we would recommend the villa to our family and friends.

We found the cleanliness of the premises to be superior. The furnishings were very nice as was the beds and bedding. We found the location to be excellent and the overall villa exceeded our expectations. We would most definitely return and we would highly recommend this home to our friends and relatives.

When I first sent out my inquiry, Ellen and her husband sent me their contact and contract information. As always I was leary of sending my check as a downh payment. This property was on Craigs List. No worries mate as they say. All above board here. Their pricing is extremely fair and the property is all and more than what you see on the internet. It is part of a nice Condimunium complex that blends in very nicely with the environment. Right outside of the back door is a nicely manicured pond/lagoon. You have to watch your small children as there are gaters in them waters, We didnt see any on this trip but they were not far down the street and other people have spotted them. My family and I had a great time down in Hilton Head. House/Condo was clean and well stocked. No need for buying all of the everyday items for cleaning and the like as it was included, including coffee filters. We were very close to the Coligny Plaza Center and right across the street from the beach. There was nothing that we needed that was not included. Plenty of beach towles, chairs, a beach cart and toys for the kids. We went out and cooked in. A perfect blend of both worlds. I would highly recommend this property and these owners to anybody Nice Vacation and Great Property. PS: Do not go on the Dafusky Island Tour by Calibogue Cruises. This has nothing to do with this property rental but just thought I would throw it in. Not a very stimulating tour. Nothing much to see on that tour unless you want to relish in the run down and abandoned shacks/buildings that used to be on the island. Some people love it. I wanted to sleep. It reminded me of the back woods of Maine. Boat ride was the best thing about it.

I'm surprised to find that this villa has no reviews. We've stayed there for the long w/end this March and I have nothing but positive impression of the villa itself, of the owner's level of care, thoughtfulness and communication. Everything stated in the villa description on this site is reflective of actual location, amenities , and appearance. This Villa is clean, well taken care, nicely furnished, and there is an ample supply of everything you may need while staying away from home to make you feel home. Location is superior as this property situated half-way between See Pines and Colingly Plaza. We've been going to Hilton Head every year for the last 10 years and I hope to be able to stay at this villa from now on in the future
