This classic seashore Victorian home located just one off the ocean features 7 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
There are two large family rooms one located on the first floor 17'X 35' with a large stone fireplace, the other family room is on the second floor with a wet bar and wonderful ocean views. Each family room also features a large high definition flat screen LCD TV with blu-ray DVD players.
This house also has a new gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances and a nearly silent stainless steel Bosch dishwasher.
We have also replaced all the bedding and nearly all the furniture keeping only the antiques to enhance the charm of this historic home.
We also have a new outdoor shower and large patio with gas grill.
For your comfort the house is air-conditioned.
This year we have added an arcade room which features Titan Air hockey by ICE and Global VR’s NASCAR racing (sit down version). All arcade games are set to free play for your enjoyment.
