All Brand new furnishings include... bedrooms with a California King bed (a Four Seasons Mattress in Master), with an ocean view, as well. New clean, bright White Bedding and Bath Towels for your use, as well as, beach towels. Two pools and 2 jacuzzi hot tubs (North pool is reserved for Owners and guests, long term renters, no children).
Condo furnishings with a 'contemporary Spanish Colonial feel', Spanish paver tile floors and granite countertops, overstuffed couches, warm and welcoming with all the comforts...including a 42' Toshiba flat screen TV, Satellite and DVD player with surround sound system, and charging base for 'your' iPod. Also, WiFi Internet. Kitchen with new side by side refrigerator (& ice maker), dishwasher, stove with microwave. Aaaaand don't forget your margarita ingredients...have an 'industrial grade' blender and any kind, or size of margarita glass you can think of (including gel filled frozen ones)! Toasting the sunset 'IS' a tradition!!

This is a really great apartment with the best location in the area, the condo grounds are lovely and really well kept. The apartment is stocked with everything you need, super clean and an amazing view! If you surf, the break is one of the best on the whole coast and it is right outside your doorstep. Absolutly beautiful condo, just as pictured. The club marena staff where great and always made sure everthing was always safe and secure. Personally being able to catch great waves at K 38 and jump right in the hot tub by the surf completly made for a perfect trip for me. Although other folks in our party loved the shopping, so I guess thats the definiton of a perfect trip when everyone is happyRecommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Rosarito Beach condo. The condo was elegantly furnished, with many fancy upgrades, and had everything one might want for a comfortable stay... for me - just looking for a quiet place by the ocean to do some writing and reflection - the best features were the balcony overlooking the ocean and the expansive windows from the living room that also share the ocean view... the property is guarded and felt safe... the owners are friendly and willing to share travel tips...Did you find this review helpful? The first thing you notice when you walk in this condo is the spectacular ocean view! This is a well decorated newer condo about 3 years old. It has everything you need for a relaxing week or weekend. The owners are very accommodating . The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal or just drive 5 min to Puerto Neuvo (lobster village). The complex has a pool with jacuzzi and tennis courts. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. The view and the sounds of the ocean were very soothing after a busy year and helped us recharge the batteries. This place is very user friendly, beautifully decorated, has all the necessary tools in the kitchen to cook up a storm, and tags on everything for better understanding how it all works. The resort is kept in tip top shape and the rugged beach is beautiful. Watching surfers, dolphins and seals was our favorite pass time. It's also very conveniently located, only about 40 minutes from the us border and ideally located to do some daytrips to Ensenada, see the famous blowhole and Puerto Nuevo is literally 5 minutes away, where dozens of lobster restaurants await. About the owner: We have been 'beach people' since we met (in high school). My husband is in the water continuously, we live about 5 minutes from the beach in Orange County. Our daughters are out on their own and live in San Diego. We like to 'connect' down at the condo, when there is space available.
Why the Owner Chose Club Marena:
We live in San Clemente, California, approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes 'door to door' from our condo at Club Marena. We wanted 'an escape' that wasn't too far, and was easy to get to. Our eldest daughter works for a helicopter Co., and is in Baja often (running the aerial coverage for the Baja Races)...she is more than a 'fan' of Baja and originally told us about Club Marena...saying 'it is the best place' in the Rosarito area. After convincing us to take a look, we agreed. She, and her sister, are glad we did! We enjoy luxury living with all the amenities, while experiencing Mexico's charming culture, in a safe gate-guarded community. Every consideration has been given to the condo's ultimate comfort for us...... AND you to enjoy!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We wanted an escape that wasn't too far and easy to get to. Though we live in a beach community about 5 minutes from the sand, we find ourselves 'glued' to the veranda enjoying the warmth of the sun and taking in the spectacular views from our direct oceanfront 'perch'. Every consideration has been given to it's ultimate comfort for us, and YOU to enjoy! We have tried to view our vacation home through the eyes of our guests, trying to think of everything that we would want...if we were you! Come see if we 'covered' it all...if not, we want to know about it!!
