This review is going to be easy. I'll start with the beautiful view from the veranda!! the place is immaculate from the bathrooms to the kitchen to the spacious bedrooms. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes nice things. The swimming pool is heated all year long. The jacuzzi sits on the point looking over the pacific. What a view!!! We did not want to leave. As a surfer i cannot explain how perfect the point is with the beautiful reef right in front of the condo. I surfed all day and slept like a baby on the super comfortable bed. The condo has every thing you need, from alarm clocks to a coffee maker, books, games,TV and alot of other things. Before I finish this review, the thing that I loved the most was the security!!! Super safe!!! I left my surfboards in the back of my truck the whole time, and nothing went missing.If you have not been yet you need to go. This place is amazing!!!!

It's still fun, even if the surf isn't breaking, as you found out by shelling on the beach south of the building and on the reef directly below the condo at low tide, and using the jacuzzi and pool. And, there is always wine tasting in Guadalupe Valley and several great golf courses near by. Also, lobster "tasting" 5 minutes away in Puerto Nuevo! Have a great New Year! Sincerely, Terry

I took my family here late 2010 as a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season in the States. I grew up going to Baja often, but this condo is by far the best place I've stayed south of the border. The reality far exceed our expectations. The amenities are to die for -- even had a lemon and lime juicer for homemade margaritas! It's conveniently located near Rosarito and less than 2 hours from La Bufadora...scenic rides along the coast to both areas. The gate keepers were extremely courteous and helpful (when seeking a cab and dining recommendations). The owners leave a great detailed booklet if you're new to the area or just want to try something you haven't before. The layout of the condo is such that people can be awake and moving around, but others still sleeping in the bedrooms don't notice. And, the kitchen is amazing -- truly a great place for a cook to get away without suffering when it comes to preparing meals. Spices you wouldn't expect are there for your use and the grill is a great addition! Even though we like to try different places when traveling, we're set on making this condo our first choice for every vacation to the area. Thanks Wayne and Terry! The kitchen is outfitted with all the necessities, and some extras (like the Mega Margarita Maker and the electric citrus juicer). And, every size, and type of margarita glass that you can imagine! If there is something missing, we would love to know about it, so that we can be sure that your stay is the best!.

Fabulous Baja Condo

We recently stayed in this lovely Baja condo and absolutely loved it! We felt at home away from home as soon as we arrived. The owners equiped the condo with everything we needed and more. The view from the terrace is wonderful and we enjoyed several meals on the terrace while enjoying the lovely scenery. There were also plenty of great local places to venture out to and take in the culture. It was a short weekend visit that we wish we didn't have to end. We can't wait to return.

Owner response:The veranda is our favoite spot, too! And, as you can tell I take far too many pictures from there of the sunsets, waves, etc. (The binnoculars are always handy for viewing the whales, dolphins, and birds, too.)

We have visited this condo 3-4 times and every time we go we describe it as, "so relaxing"!!! The condo is so beautiful, the view from the balcony is so impressive. The interior of the condo has everything you could think you might need. We usually cook at least one night while we're down there and it it so nice that they have everything we need. The furnishings are very impressive and everything feels "brand new". The property itself is amazing, everything is well kept and it is very quiet. My boyfriend surfs so being able to surf the famous k 38 is a definet plus. So I lay out at the pool, he surfs, we eat tacos at Taco Surf , enjoy the beautiful condo and that to us is the perfect trip!!

We visited in December 2010 and was so impressed! The condo is gorgeous and immaculate, with all the comforts of home. We were instantly relaxed. After cooking a lovely brunch we enjoyed it on the balcony. With amazing views and the sound of the ocean, it just made it that much more special. We only got to stay for two nights so I definitely did not want to leave. Planning to go back as soon as possible for a longer stay. Love this place!

"Perfect! Everything they promised and more!" This is the place to stay! The condo was everything we hoped! Terry (the owner)was very helpful and easy to work with. Everything you need is provided. My wife wants me to order us a mattress just like the one we slept on at the condo. The pool was 85 in February! The sunsets were gorgeous. The security was very good, no worries about that

"If you like Baja it doesn't get any better than this !" (This was my 2nd visit) This condo far exceeded any expectations that we had in terms of value, comfort, location, security, cleanliness, peace and quiet. Unlike a hotel you pass through a security gate before you can even enter the grounds. The only people on the location are other guests and owners. There is covered private parking a few steps from the elevator that takes you to your door. And there is only one other condo on the same floor. The view from the balcony of the ocean and popular surf break is fantastic and private. Open the sliding glass wall, and listen to the ocean below. The condo is spacious, and well furnished. There is a 42" TV with DirecTV; excellent stereo with an iPod hook up, and surround sound, plus a private WiFi connection that was fast-!! Two large bedrooms with King size beds and large private bathrooms attached. The kitchen had everything we needed with gas appliances, including a large capacity washer and hairdryers . We left a couple of times to pick up food and bring it back to the apartment from the nearby fishing village. Other than that we didn't want to leave to go anywhere other than to surf !! The club has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi on the cliffs overlooking the ocean, and private access to K-38, one of the best surf spots in Northern Baja. Any questions we had were promptly answered by the owners via email, or on location by the Club's Office staff. We are going back as soon as we can. If you like Baja it doesn't get any better than this ! I give "five stars" to everything and recommend it to everyone. The thing I liked best about the condo was that it was on the ocean, private and quiet. Why did I leave ?????? Oh yeah, work

Mar 11, 2010 "Five Stars.....Can't Wait to Return!!!" We had a fantastic restful visit at this lovely condo. The owners have thought of ABSOLUTELY everything you might need....including a Margarita machine!! Life doesn't get much better than sitting out on the veranda listening to the surf and watching the beautiful sunsets. Can't wait to return
