Unique beach home on the most exclusive and private street in Akumal, Mexico. The property encompasses three separate living areas, rented together for one fee. The main home was the first house built in South Akumal, and is in a traditional Mexican style with vaulted ceilings and handmade Mexican tiles. The master bedroom suite comprises a sleeping area with king size bed as well as a private sitting area and sliding doors to a palapa shaded balcony, and a large bath with two sinks. A sensitive renovation two years ago created a huge living room, roof top deck, and traditional style kitchen with all modern conveniences. There are also two additional lovely casitas (guest houses), each with its kitchen, dining area, and bedroom(s).The house and casitas are furnished with custom-made Mexican pieces and are decorated with Mexican, Chinese, Hawaian, and Guatalalan fabrics and craftsd Two spectacular stained glass windows feature ancient Mexican motifs and were created by an expert in traditional Mexican art.

The three seaprate living areas make this home a perfect choice for several families traveling together. All can gather in the main house, or retreat to the privacy of their own casitas.

Maid service is provided six days a week and the beach and gardens are groomed daily.

The second largest barrier reef in the world is two hundred yards off shore making swimming, snorkeling kayaking in the two competition kayaks or simply relaxing steps from your door. A short drive will take you to great restaurants, shopping, water parks, MAyan ruins, and more. Picture the perfect Caribbean vacation. That is what this home offers.
