Our brand new privately owned three bedrooms, 2.5 bath Florida vacation townhouse is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highlands Reserve. It is right next door to the Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
A holiday in our brand new vacation home offers the best of both worlds; spacious self catering accommodation with fantastic on-site facilities including 2 pools, water slide, Lazy river, hot tub, indoor spa complex, gym, indoor and outdoor dining, bar, games room and internet cafe.
Bring your laptop with you and you will have access to FREE wireless internet service inside the clubhouse and outside on the veranda at the poolside area.
Children are guaranteed to have other children to play within the pools whilst parents can relax in the shade of palm trees.
The home will comfortably sleep 8 guests in addition to our 3 bedrooms we also offer a comfortable sofa bed which extends to a queen size bed.
Please note that at this resort the management charge $10 per day resort fee, this cost does not come to us! This charge is per house and not per person and is charged to every house on the resort for temporary membership to the clubhouse and all the facilities at the resort!
A cleaning fee of $85.00 is required for stay of 6 nights or less.
