THE BEST OF EVERYTHING!! The Grande Phoenician in the Grande Preserve at The Dunes. This is a 14th floor, over 3000 sq ft, very bright end unit with lots of windows and awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, lanai, and master bedroom. It has been professionally decorated.
A private elevator takes you directly to the foyer in the unit. There are marble floors, a marble master bath, granite counters, wine cooler, and top of the line stainless appliances. You will have access to the private beach club (Floridian club) located directly on the gulf of Mexico, which offers wait service for food and drink under cover, outside around the pool, and on the beach. Beach loungers, umbrellas, and towels all provided at no cost. A private van shuttles you directly to and from the condo and the Floridian club. There are 3 swimming pools, and 2 workout facilities for you to use. There is a complex with a huge swimming pool, tiki bar, outside dining, a 5 star restaurant, and 7 har-true tennis courts with 2 pros to help you. Play with a friend, let our pros set up a game for you, or join in one of the ongoing clinics.
There is a concierge to help with anything you may need. The Grande Phoenician is a very upscale 2 year old building in a terrific setting with all amenities. You couldn't wish for anything more.
