Numerous upgrades were included in the construction: cabinet upgrade, granite counter tops, the original lanai was converted into a "Florida room" (to be used as a small office) and the lanai was extended across the entire back of the unit.
Master bedroom has queen-size bed and guest bedroom has two extended length single beds. The appliances are of high quality, including the washer and dryer.
This condo has high quality furnishings and renters should be at least 25 yrs. of age. This is a non-smoking unit.
