Looking for an individual or couple that would like a monthly rental in one of the most unique and beautiful residences in Cambria. I fell in love with this place over 2 years ago, when I walked into the sunken living room and saw the sunset over the ocean.
The architecture is a cross between Frank Lloyd Wright and mid-century Eames design.
The huge windows in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom feature amazing ocean and beach views.
The house is steps from the beach and Shamel Park. The Park has a swimming pool, gazebo for summer concerts, and a great grassy area for sports activities. With so many windows it's feels like you are actually living outside. There are two master bedroom suites divided by a large sun room. The fountain in the sun room keeps everything tranquil and the skylights open up to ocean sounds.
