Point Break is a New England Style Cape Cod with a lighthouse that steps directly onto your private beach. Perched on a rocky outcrop with unobstructed ocean and beach views for miles. This is a fantastic location for weddings (magnificent photographic setting) and family get togethers. The whole house was renovated extensively in 2008 with new kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom, and fireplace. There are endless options and attention to detail.
