Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise over the lake and a beautiful view of Mt. Konocti. Spend evenings in the hot tub watching the stars and lights across the lake. Keep an eye on the water for the Herons, Ospreys, Egrets, river otters and others that live and play in the area.
Enjoy the summer days lounging on the bi level patio, fishing from your 140 foot private dock, playing a game of ping pong, foosball or basketball. During the winter times cozy up to a nice movie and a warm fireplace. The yard is kid friendly and fully fenced with plenty of parking that can hold two trailers and cars.
The central heat and air conditioned home stays cool on hot summer days and toasty warm on cold winter days. Enjoy the Stereo Surround Sound system for watching TV, DVD, or listening to songs on your favorite IPOD with speakers inside and out for your pleasures. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and living room-great for entertaining. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and DVD with a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and in the third bedroom, a bunk bed and day bed.
The house is centrally located with Konocti Harbor just a short drive by boat or car, close to town for dining, shopping and groceries. Nearby wineries accessible by boat or car and for those that like a game of Black Jack or Craps, you are only 10 minutes from the Casino.
