Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome built in 2002 in family-friendly Lavallette. One block to one of New Jersey's most pristine beaches, a few steps to great shops and restaurants. Come enjoy a week or more at our summer getaway. Our home is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar. All living areas have central air. Washer/Dryer on 1st floor. 50" Plasma TV in the living room with upgraded cable package. Enjoy warm summer nights on the front porch or the rear deck while grilling on the Weber gas grill. There is also an Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. 4 beach badges are included as part of the rental as well as crab traps as an added perk for our tenants. The house is also stocked with board games, playing cards etc, to make your stay more enjoyable. We also supply beach umbrella's, beach chairs and a wonderwheeler. Within a short walk are Tennis and Basketball courts and a playground at the Bay. New Patio set on front porch for 2011. New bedding throughout the house. The Master bedroom has a new Plasma tv and master bath. New bedroom set in Master bedroom. The hall bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath with multiple jets.

I rented this townhouse for my parents and an aunt and uncle for three nights in the off season. They were all thrilled with the amenities, the decor, and the condition of the home. My uncle is truly an obsessive neat freak. He usually spends an hour upon arrival cleaning the homes he rents to get them to his standards. He almost seemed disappointed when he told me, "I didn't have to do a thing.". The home was roomy, updated, and clean throughout. Owner was great to work with and even returned my deposit within a few days. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband I stayed at this beautiful townhome a few months ago. The unit was close to shopping and only a block from the beach. The unit had everything in it you could possibly want and was clean and very well maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in answering my questions about the rental. The week of our stay was cold outside, but the fireplace kept us warm and happy. The flat screen TV was a bonus. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The wireless internet access was very reliable. I would definitely recommend this property and also the Crab's Claw restaurant, close by.

The house is extremely clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being so close to the beach (a block away) and the great living space. We also enjoyed the grill and back porch. If you plan to stay in Lavallette, this is a great choice.
