I built this home 27 years ago after falling in love with Martha's Vineyard. It is situated on a wooded, secluded 2 1/2 acre lot in a private development. The house is a well-maintained cape style with a contemporary interior with period pieces. The main floor includes a large open fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The living room has an airy cathedral ceiling and cable television. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bed rooms on the second floor. Full bathrooms are available on each floor.
The large yard lends itself to game playing or relaxing. A large deck runs along the back of the house. Great for barbecuing or cocktails at sunset.
Though private and secluded the house is within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, post office and gourmet deli. Seth's Pond for fresh water swimming is less than a mile away. Beautiful Lambert's Cove Beach is also accessible. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well as several well known boutiques.
