The Apartment Royale and Garden Apartment at 32 East Village are located in a historic, 1950s brownstones on 3rd Street. They are centrally situated in the hip East Village, one of Manhattan's most charming neighborhoods, and the center of New York's artistic and intellectual life.
Walk the quaint streets of Nolita, visit the eclectic boutiques in Soho and the Village, and linger over lunch at one of the cafes. Be a part of the famous club scene and night life of the East Village in NYC. All Just a 10 minute walk from the apartments at 32 East Village.
The 1000 sq ft (110 sq m) garden apartment overlooks its own private beautiful patio garden, where one can relax with a book under the shade of the old Sephora tree, or have a cocktail or a glass of wine al fresco. The spacious and elegant living room overlooks the garden from two large French windows. The historic charm of the apartment is evident in details like the original brick walls, and the wood burning fireplace.
The living room has a very Zen vibe with two mid century modern daybeds, which double as twin beds. The mattresses are hotel quality and high end Temperupedic mattresses. No expense has been spared in the design and fittings, such as the 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens and chenille designer upholstery. A third and fourth twin bed with very thick mattresses, can be provided upon request. The apartment provides comfortable sleeping for 6 people. There is a state of the art entertainment system with a large flat screen TV, several cable audio and TV channels, and a DVD player. Wi-Fi high speed internet access is available.
The ultramodern, large, open plan kitchen has all the modern appliances and a granite breakfast bar with ultra suede and maple wood bar stools. Enjoy a capuccino in the garden made with our Italian expresso/capuccino machine.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom boasts a queen size bed with a high end mattress and luxury 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens, and a large closet. It has a window, with a view of the greenery in our front patio. The modern marble bathroom has both a shower and bath tub, ample storage, and thick Turkish bath and hand towels. There is a state of the art, wall mounted hair dryer.
