This condo was located in an excellent location, close to grocery store, restaurants, yacht club.....all a plus. Pool heater was not working so the pool was always cool to cold, except for a few days when the temperature got to about 75. View from lanai was beautiful another plus but a negative was sparse kitchen equipment/pots pans etc. Would rent again but would bring kitchen utensils and would want a guarantee that the pool was heated or would be fixed.
