This is a new 2 bedroom condo (built only 6 years ago, completely remodeled only 3 years ago) located in the heart of downtown New York City, Manhattan. located on the northwest side of the building on the 8th floor with a breathtaking view of the city, and within walking distance to all the major downtown hotspots: Soho, East Village, Little Italy, Chinatown, the Lower East Side and more. The condo is in a 24 hour doorman building with 2 elevators, a brand new gym downstairs, and a large laundry room with washers and dryers in the basement, and it also has a large 2nd floor deck to enjoy when the weather is nice.
The apartment itself is very modern and fully equipped, with a full kitchen, a high-end home theatre in the living room with a 42 inch plasma television, surround sound, CD/DVD, high definition cable with DVR and a Playstation 3/ Blu-ray player. City windows and blackout blinds provide peace and quiet and privacy, no matter how much action is going on outside. There is a computer with broadband and a WI-FI connection for guest use, and both bedrooms also have large flat-screen LCD televisions.
The apartment is spacious, and will sleep 5 comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom that sleeps a couple comfortably, and it has it's own bathroom. There is a HUGE couch in the living room that folds out to a comfortable queen size bed which also sleeps a couple comfortably, and there is a couch in the guest bedroom/ computer room that can sleep a fifth person. There is a second guest bathroom in the hallway, and central heating and air insure your comfort no matter the weather outside.
With tons of great clubs, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. all within blocks, you won't have to travel far to experience all that New York City has to offer. However, should you want to explore further out, their are TONS of subways nearby (The N,R,W - the F,V- the J,M,Z- and the 6 are all just a a block or two away) and cabs are plentiful right out in front of the building.
This can be your home away from home in the most vibrant and exciting city in the world!
