This is a great place to relax, and a perfect get away to the mountains. The condo offers all the comforts of home with a well equipped kitchen and high speed internet. The highlight of our stay here was seeing a family of 3 Moose wondering through the forest just a few feet from the back door. We had a great family day at the clubhouse across the way, playing ping pong, pool, and air hockey, while the kids went for a swim. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely book it again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

We absolutely loved our stay in this Bufffalo Ridge, the Ponds condo. It is down a flight of stairs but is really on ground level. The condo is so spacious. The ceilings are high, the rooms are big, and you never get a closed-in feeling. The pictures accurately show the condo. It is clean and very well maintained. The owner is very responsive to questions. While we were only three people you could very easily fit six people. The view of the ravene is wonderful. Even even saw a moose crossing the road on our way back to the condo one day. This is a perfect location for anything you want to do in Summit County and is close to Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper. We totally enjoyed our stay and even more so the fact that we could bring our dog. I totally recommend the condo.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
Owner response: Thanks Linda. We're so glad you loved our place.

Cheryl, thanks for such a great stay at your condo. We loved the secluded spot with the forest / snow showing right off the patio. They got 12" the day we were leaving. Boo Hoo. and thanks for being laid back about our odd schedule. Can't wait to see your forest in the summer. Being new to the area and new to the sport of skiing, I was excited to get to the area. My first expereince with a VRBO rental was with this condo and I have to say it was excellent. Everything was as advertised, there were no surprises. I have to say that the owner was very helpful and answered my questions. The place truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends. I will be definetly staying here again next year.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

The property was just as advertised and was in good to excellent condition. Good access to hiking trails in the vicinity and nice amenities in the complex. However, I do need to comment that the owner was not responsive to our phone calls during our stay when we encountered problems and had questions that needed to be resolved immediately.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.
Owner response: The only guest that has expressed concerns during the 3 years I've rented our condo out damaged/lost my property during their stay. They called maintenance to check the heat, believing that it was too hot. Once maintenance checked the heat and found no problems, but billed me for the visit, the guest then notified me that they believed there to be a problem. They did not notify me prior to their non-emergency concern. In order for me to replace the lost/damaged items I had to go through multiple steps due to it being high season for rentals and my being currently out of the state. I have only gotten the items placed in the condo this week. There were 4 other guests that had to take the rental 'as is' until the items were replaced making their stays inconvenient. Thank you for this opportunity to explain.
