Professionally decorated, luxurious designer fabrics compliment all furnishings and down pillows, 600 thread count sheets cover all deluxe Simmons mattresses for the ultimate in comfort, and the pool deck has a complete compliment of outdoor furniture for you to capture the rays of the sun. The master bedroom features new Key West tropical design furniture with the other bedrooms complimented by wicker & rattan. A 42" flat screen TV in a tropical inspired armoire is located in the living room with TVs also in the master and guest bedroom. Additional amenities include: bicycles for exploring the community, high speed internet access and free long distance US/Canadian phone calls, and fishing gear.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
August 16 - October 31,2009 ..$ 850 per week, $3,000 per month
November 1 - March 31, 2010 ..$4,000 per month
Rates include high speed internet, computer, cable TV, phone with
free local and US long distance, heated pool, bicycles, fishing gear.
Rates do not include: $150 Cleaning Fee, 12% tax, $1000 Security/
deposit (due at confirmation) and Pet deposit if applicable.
