Accommodations are fresh and new – the building was constructed in 2004 and is in mint condition. The unit is beautifully decorated and very upscale; beautiful cabinetry and granite counter tops in well-equipped kitchen; quiet building on an uncrowded and unspoiled section of Indian Rocks beach. The wide beach is great for long walks, sand castles, and shell-collecting.
The Master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, full closet, attached bath and own TV. Large second bedroom has two NEW queen beds with TV and video and is adjacent to the second full bath. Sofa in the living room converts to a comfy queen size-sleeper. Unit has free internet access, cable TV, VCR and DVD and free long-distance phone service in the continental US. Washer and dryer are in the unit for total convenience. The complex has a year-round heated pool, separate hot tub, and barbeque area. An assigned, covered parking spot comes with the unit and there is plenty of room for free guest parking.
Very kid-friendly location - walk to incredible donuts and rock shop, less than a ten-minute drive to fabulous mini-golf and feed the alligators (from a safe distance! ?), rainy day video emporium boasts cheap all-day prices. Walk to many waterfront locations including an upscale Italian restaurant and great outdoor café. Drive ten minutes for a nightly outdoor festival and weekend musical entertainment. Enjoy the dock on the intra-coastal waterway just across the street. Details on local site-seeing and eateries at the unit.
