  We stayed at the property in early August for several days. Not only was the house in a perfect place for the events we were attending, but it was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive both before and after our stay, and the house was obviously well equipped and maintained. We were able to make good use of the fridge and kitchen which really helped us in managing to do everything we needed to do. The bathrooms, especially the master bath, are very nice too. We have already talked about this being a place we would definitely return to next time we come to Austin. Thanks for your hospitality!

  Pictures cannot do this place justice. It is a very large and welcoming home from the minute you step inside the doors. We stayed here for just over a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It is in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood and only a short drive to downtown Austin. If you pick this place for your next trip, you will not be disappointed. The rooms are large and beds are so welcoming and comfortable. Because I am an outdoors person, the backyard and water pond was one of my favorite places to sit! Thanks Mark for helping us so much in making this trip possible for us and for making the whole stay fantastic. If we ever make it back to Austin, we will definitely be looking you up!   This was a nice place to get away from the hustle of 6th Street during SXSW. A bit of a trek, but a nice little escape. Owner was very helpful and communicative. House was in great condition and we were all very comfortable!

  We stayed for a week at this house. Owner was VERY responsive before, during and after stay via email and also gave cell # just in case. House was trendy and in an extremely quiet neighborhood. The listing was very accurate and the photos reflected the house perfectly. Did have a few bugs in the house - but it as during a drought/heat wave and I think they were coming in just to keep cool! Most furniture/art items in the house were for sale, so we tried to be extra careful with furniture. I would recommend this house as a vacation house. Thanks, Mark!!

  What an exceptional home that was outfitted with everything we required. It was close to every where we went, the neighborhood was beautiful with old trees, the home had all the neccessities you needed, the beds were SUPER comfortable and the master was magnificient. We will be staying here again (if available) on our next visit to Austin. Don't second guess this place, snatch it up if you are thinking about a home away from home that is centrally located to everything. Thanks for everything guys!!

  First trip to Austin with family. Location we thought would be too far from city, but it wasn't easy ride to Commerce and into city. It was in a safe family neighborhood corner lot. I could recommend this house to anyone. You won't be disappointed. Smiles Dee from S. California.

  Had a great week at this beautiful house! I work overseas and was able to make arrangments to have all 5 of mykids for Christmas this year! Got to the house and they had even put a tree up! Had plenty of space to sleep all the kids. Def recommend this house!

  We (2 couples) stayed at the house for the ACL Festival and loved it! It's spacious, clean, comfortable and well decorated. Mark was helpful and hospitable from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to visit Austin!

  Very nice house! Clean and comfortable home away from home. The location is great and close to downtown as well as easy access to other parts of Austin and hill country. The owner provided excellent communication and good information for the area. Would gladly stay here again! Thanks for the hospitality.
