Are you looking for nicely renovated lodging with a terrific clubhouse in Summit County, where 4 major ski resorts are at your fingertips? At the bottom of the hill are Outlet Shopping, grocery stores, a movie theater, coffee shops and restaurants, and on-site you have unlimited opportunities for fun and relaxing activities? Staying at our family's condominium has it all!
For world class skiing, Copper Mt (15 minutes away), Breckenridge (20 minutes away), Vail (25 minutes), and Keystone (15 minutes) are very close. If you like cross country skiing or hiking, trail heads into Arapahoe National Forest are walking distance from this Condo.
On-site activities for you and your family are found in the awesome new Club House, which includes a game room (e.g. racquet ball courts, arcade, pool tables, large TV, ping pong tables, air hockey table, and sitting/reading room with a gorgeous view of Silverthorne and the surrounding mountains), laundry facilities, an exercise/weight room, and a pool room with a swimming pool, a sauna, and 3 hot tubs for your enjoyment!
Our Condo (760 sq feet) has a cozy and comfortable feel to it and has an open layout. The view from the family room deck is of nearby snow -capped mountains and tall pine trees. The Condo is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped for your use. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as a day bed in the main sitting room. In addition to the main bathroom which has a sink, toilet, shower and bathtub, the master bedroom also has a vanity mirror and a sink for added convenience. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
We love spending time in Summit County and at our family Condo. As such, we know the area well and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the area and can provide you with recommendations on our favorite trails, restaurants, etc. in Summit County, if this would help you in planning your vacation.
Aside from rent, there is a $300 refundable deposit and a standard $70 cleaning/laundry fee. We are not charging the 10% vacation rental tax. Return guests get a loyalty discount of 10% and we'd like to give 10% discount to military guests as our way to say Thank You for your service to our country.

This condo is an excellent value for the price. Everything was as described. The owner was easy to work with and communicated well. We paid less for this nice 2br condo than we would have for a hotel room in the same area.

We do aim to price the condo very reasonably so as to enable good folks such as yourself and your family to enjoy a retreat in the Mts where you have many activities right at your finger tips (e.g. skiing, hiking, movie theater, pool, hot tubs, etc) and a full kitchen so you don't have dine out for every meal.
