  I have been visiting Destin since 1997 & can say this is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. We were staying in another beach townhouse when due to construction projects that went over schedule were forced to move. We contacted Dani & Keith at 9:00pm & were moved in their unit by 12:00pm the next day. It truly was a "last minute special" with ease. They saved our vacation & made the process very simple. We we're greeted by our Caretaker who is just a phone call away 24/7. He also checked on us several times just to see if we needed anything & everything was ok. That was a nice plus too. We we're so pleased with the cleanliness of the home. The floors are beautiful, furnishings are updated & beautifully decorated, the linens were all top of the line & comfortable. That's just the inside! The balconies offer such beautiful views, where we spent much time watching sunrises, sunsets and full moons. The beach is the most beautiful you will find. It was also nice on the few days it was windy, we could place our chairs at the bottom of the step on the beach where the sand dunes blocked the wind but we still had the views and sounds of the gulf right in front of us! It was also very convenient to have a washer & dryer on two floors, beach bars/restaurants in walking distance. Also, being able to park at your door & walk right out of your unit to the beach. There were a couple of days we never even took the car out. Everything you could want is right there! The kitchen is equipped with all we needed to prepare our delicious Crab legs and local seafood dinners. I really don't think you could ask for more in vacation or home. Although there were just two of us it certainly would be very comfortable for other couples or families, with the two seperate floors each having 2 bedrooms & 2 full baths, everyone has their own space and a balcony! We are hoping to come back in the Spring with the teenagers who would fit perfectly on their own lower level with bath and can even do their own laundry! Each trip we say "That was the Best Yet!" which was again true in this case! Oct. is a wonderful time to visit. The weather is perfect! No rain, 70's-80's the gulf is still warm, we were in the water several times. There are no crowds or lines! I highly recommend this beautiful beach home, you will not be disappointed and your Host and Hostess (Keith & Dani) will treat you well. The only thing we didn't like was leaving but will back soon!

  We had a GREAT time staying in Destin at Sandollar #4. Everything was exactly as described on the VRBO web site and the photos accurately portray the property. The condo was clean and well maintained and the hardwood floors are to die for. The view from all the decks is unbelievable and it is just great being able to step out the back door and onto the sand. It would be so much more difficult having to haul everything from a location that was farther away from the beach. The owners were great to work with and very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and we will certainly stay there again the next time we go to Florida.

  This unit was fantastic! It had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Private access to the beach made everything a breeze. We will definitely rent again.

  This Townhome met all our expectations!! Very roomy, clean, and nicely decorated!! Just like the pictures!! Had a wonderful time during our mini getaway and we plan on going back very soon!!! Owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in this area numerous times over the past several years and this was by far our favorite. Loved that it was directly on the beach!!!! Plently of beach chairs, beach toys, etc... even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand! I personally loved the spiral wooden staircase for beach access. It reminded me of an old lighthouse. Thanks for the great time!!!

  Met all of our expectations and more! Very clean, beautifully decorated. We were very pleased the second we walked in. Every bit as perfect as the picture and description says and we felt at home all week. Location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants, and directly on the beach. So convenient to come and go from the beach as we pleased. We felt safe at all times inside and outside even after dark. Owners were prompt to answer all of our many questions. The staircase is very steep going down to the beach and I would not recommend for elderly who have any difficulty walking. Our small children did fine with adult supervision. The owners did tell us prior to booking about the steep stairs because we had planned on bringing our grandmother. We appreciated the honesty. Kitchen was well supplied with all of our cooking needs. We did have difficulty finding it only because we relied solely on our GPS and not owner instructions. If using GPS or Google maps use Miramar instead of Destin in address. Pompano Joe's restaurant is right next door and was our favorite restaurant. We will definitely stay again if traveling to Destin.

  This place is amazing. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful! You can walk straight onto the beach from the back porch. I have stayed here four years in a row and it feels like a home away from home with a much better view. I would highly encourage anyone to visit. It's BEAUTIFUL!
