Our hostess was very good to work with. Our studio was neat and clean. The appliances all were new and in good working condition. We had a very relaxing vacation. The view to the ocean was spectacular, Our pool and beach area very quiet and private. Our hostess kindly took us to Puerto Morelos to a music festival and entertained us for a lobster dinner which we found very enjoyable and delicious. It was very helpful that she can speak English as well as Spanish, making it much easier to communicate. She was also very helpful with directions to shopping and restaurants. We would recommend Real Hacienda to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation.
