Captivated in Captiva! Aloha Baby is professionally decorated with great attention to detail and gives that special feeling of home. This luxurious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom private home with a quiet, secluded heated pool and spa is located on Captiva’s premier Tween Waters stretch. This home has a large elevator and will accommodate the elderly or anyone who is just plain tired! This ideal property offers miles of shell strewn beach and unparalleled sunsets. This Gulf to Bay location affords one the best of both shores and a perfect island getaway!
Enjoy the unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from the King Size Master Bedroom Suite or close the blackout blinds and sleep in. The master suite includes a flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, walk-in closet. A master bathroom with a large 2 person 10 jet tub, separate shower, double sinks, dressing table, and separate commode room. The Bedroom contains a chaise lounge for afternoon lounging or share the sleeping space with youngsters, if required. Step out of the French doors to enjoy your large private master balcony with plenty of seating to enjoy the sunset.
Aloha Baby features a tiled gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all top of the line appliances, gas stove top, dual ovens and large sub-zero refrigerator/freezer. Custom cabinetry, granite counters and bar/island will accommodate two. While dining you can enjoy the Gulf view in the dining area which seats eight or walk out to the first level balcony with luxury seating. Laundry room is located off the kitchen for your convenience.
Bamboo wood floors compliment the large living room with gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters and is surrounded with plush seating. Sitting nook with large flat screen TV is cable equipped.
This home features whole house surround sound including the pool area. Theatre room with 4 large leather recliners and reclining love seat is equipped with a 78 inch flat screen, DVD player, Direct TV, cable and the wireless internet is available from any room in the house.
The main floor includes a queen guest room with cable TV and private bath. The upper level guest rooms are adjoined by an oversized Jack and Jill bath with dual shower heads. The first guest room is equipped with a queen size bed and cable TV; the second includes bunk beds, a full bed and cable TV. The sunrise view over the bay is available from the two upper level guest rooms. The home was built in 2002 and can comfortably sleep 10.
The lower level includes a tiled area with pool table, air hockey, soft tip dart board, seating and cable TV. The French doors lead to the immaculate and beautifully maintained landscaped, secluded heated pool and spa with waterfall. The garage will accommodate up to four vehicles. No need to bring nor purchase beach or pool accessories as you will find everything you need is here (umbrellas, beach toys, pool games, beach chairs, pack-n-play and a red wagon for easy transport to the beach).
There are plenty of activities both on and off island.
Nature abounds on the tranquil isles of Captiva and Sanibel Islands. The shoreline is sprinkled with fabulous shells and exotic birds.
Captiva's award winning restaurants are a culinary delight offering island cuisine, live outdoor entertainment & spectacular sunsets. The "outrageous" Bubble Room Restaurant is your delicious holiday from the ordinary, noted for their wildly famous red velvet cake. The Mucky Duck Restaurant, Keylime Bistro, Green Flash Restaurant, Tween Waters Inn (be sure to stop by for the crab races), RC Otter’s Island Eats and the Island Store are all within walking distance. Bike, Kayak and Segway rentals are available.

Aloha Baby Vacation Rental offers you the opportunity to host your wedding, reception, family reunion, executive retreat or any other function that will exceed the occupancy limit of the home for that special day. All events are subject to the homeowners approval and can host an average of 50 guests for the day.
All special events require a mandatory security deposit of $1500, which is refundable pending no damage and a $2000 non-refundable event fee* (plus tax) will be added to the cost of your reservation.
Florida State sales tax of 11%, $50 booking fee, and other charges of $375 (cleaning/linen service, garbage removal)are not included in the below rates.

Excellent location right across from the beach. Beautiful house with swimming pool, amazing vews of the ocean, nice game room, gardens, outdoor patios with such nice views and furnishings all around. Even has an elevator for the 3 floors. Loved the kitchen... So nice and big and well equipped! The master bedroom is INCREDIBLE!! Private balcony overlooking the beach....I want to go back TODAY!!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers.
