This honestly is a taste of paradise on earth, with breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico from your large executive master balcony that only a true artist would admire. I have never seen a sunset that touched my soul as the one in from this home. You also will enjoy down time in your own personal Cinema that has large leather reclining chairs, DVD player, satellite and 78 inch screen and a true surround sound that makes you feel like you’re a part of the action.
Also available is wireless internet for the business savvy vacationer. The landscaping around your heated pool and spa gives you a sense that you’re the only one on the island; a true treat. This home has soaring ceiling with balconies from every room so that you feel at home. Professionally decorated through out with a large eat in kitchen that only a true chef would appreciate.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top, dual ovens and large sub-zero refrigerator/freezer. Large island with sink that seats four. Dining area seats eight and has a beautiful view as well over looking the Ocean. Laundry room is also located off the kitchen for your convenience. Large living room, gas fire place with walk out balcony over looking the Gulf of Mexico.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot the most important part, you can walk 15 yards from your front door and you’re a part of the most beautiful blue waters and crystal white sands of Captiva Island. The shelling is first class and water sports such as jet ski and boat rentals with are just a short walk away. Enjoy the dolphins as they cruise the coast line on a daily basis, they are so majestic.
The beautiful island Village of Captiva offers many local Café and Dining establishments that are just a short walk away. Bike and Kayak rentals are also available
The home was built in 2002 and has all the bells and whistles that modern day living has to offer. Comfortably sleeps 10 and can accommodate the pickiest families. The master suit is really for the master, it has 10 by 9 tiled shower with large 2 person 10 jet tub. Large California King size bed with DVD player and 27 inch mounted TV.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, The forth bedroom has 1 double and two twin size beds. All bedrooms have cable TV with their own adjoining full bathrooms.
For the children no need to buy beach toys we have them here.You can put them in our red wagon and the children can pull them alone the beach.
